Drove thru this Starbucks for the first time today and it was so cool! The girl at the window had this fun game where you can... guess the amount of coffee beans in cup. They forgot to give me my card back in the drive thru this morning so I had to turn around to get it back, which isn?t a big... deal, but I checked my bank account and I was charged for a random second amount?? I?m disputing this charge but I think it?svery weird and messed up that my card was used a second time without my permission. If it was a mistake then fine but I don?thave the money for this and it?s still being reported as fraud. Read more
I was at the drive thru and ordered my matcha drink and at the window the lady told me I couldn?t use the half off coupon... because I needed to tell her beforehand. I?ve been to many Starbucks and haven?t heard of this. She then handed me my drinkwhich wasn?t even full. If I?m going to be spending 6 dollars for a drink and was denied my coupon I would hope the drink wouldbe full. Read more

I?m not one to usually write reviews. But for the third consecutive time I have been to this location, I have had a great... experience that I feel needs sharing. The first time I stopped here, my card wasn?t working, but she put my order throughanyways. I was so grateful for that, I decided to make that my Starbucks whenever I go. I started Mobil ordering from there. It is ALWAYS ready waiting for me. Even if I space it and place the order later than usual. The second time I went, I forgotto add cream in my Mobil order and instead of just giving me some on the side, she re made my drink in front of me and evenupgraded my cup to a larger size free of charge. The third time (today) I ordered the drink correctly but with extra ice, andthey put it in a larger cup to make up for the extra room the ice would take. This is incredible customer service.
