I ordered from them on Sunday October 9, 2022 I placed my order with Rebecca She informed me that it would be about a 20 minute... wait and when I got there the order still wasn?t ready for about another 10 minutes.Once I got home I realized the corn wasunder cooked. I called back and got Rebecca on the phone and explained the situation to her. She asked if I wanted the cornreplaced today or another day and I said I did not want to have to come back out there today but I felt that they should replacethe whole order since my meal was not properly prepared .She said she would have to speak with her manager, she then spoke withsomeone and called me back and said that they would have to have the entire meal back in order to replace the meal. I frequentthis particular Wingstop all the time even though they are not the only one in my area and I reiterated that to her. I asked herwhat was her managers name and she asked me why do I need the managers name. I told her that since this decision was made by amanager I want that managers name she then told me with great hesitation at the managers name was Italy. I feel that these youngpeople truly need better management and customer service skills. I will not be going back to this Wingstop. Read more
Good food here. The boneless wing deal is a good deal. I prefer bone in but not reasonable with a family of 4+. The fries are... not good unless I put back into air fryer when home. Corn I will not order again. The dry Louisiana boneless were a goodflavor! Read more
I was in the area so decided to give Wingstop a try. I did an order to go so I can enjoy at home. I was truly disappointed!... First, it cost me $14 for 10 wings that don't even come with one dipping sauce unless you pay an additional charge. Ridiculous.I got the garlic parmesan(supposedly a dry rub) wings that tasted like regular wings without seasonings and when I moved thewings over they are sitting in a pile of grease.. guess that's where the seasonings went. The fries was overcooked and extremelysalty which made them inedible and they got tossed as well. Too expensive to be disappointed like this. Read more

Not a great experience. My husband loves this place. I do not know why. But even this time he was disappointed. The chicken... was okay won't complain there, but the so called wonderful cheese fries tasted like day old soggy fries with a cheese sauce thatseemed like they accidently sprinkled a seasoning like cinnamon or something that just didn't belong in cheese sauce. Yuck!!! Then there was the service. I realize you are getting fresh made food here or are you??????? It took 35 minutes to get a fewwings and cheese fries!!! And it didn't even taste freshly made!!
