Walked in and was greeted in French (naturally), unfortunately I can not speak French. I responded with "english". I was then... told by a staff member that I was "lucky" that she was bilingual and that I was in Quebec now. From the outside this placeappears to be English friendly with most, if not all of their signs in both languages. Don't let the signage fool you, as onemust be "lucky" in order to eat at this resturant if you are not proficient in french. The food was average at best, frozenburgers, fries from a bag, coleslaw from a can, typical greasy spoon fare. On a positive note, our server was fantastic. Willnot return. Read more
Went by myself and wanted to eat outside. The host asked the waitress if it was ok and she said it was fine place was almost... empty. Food was quick and good. Read more
Great food , served fast and friendly. Excellent Poutine !
Very nice looking establishment very polite and nice people working there and I think I had the best poutine I have ever had... with smoked meat. The fries were hot, and nice and crispy, appeared to be homemade, and a nice meal portion. I will definitelygo back when I'm in that area and would recommend it to anyone. Now I've only been there once but that's my first impression andit was fantastic! Read more
Great food and great accommodations. We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times and it was nice and clean. We have eaten at... the restaurant several times now, while staying at the hotel and our stay at Camp Kipiwa! We highly recommend it weather youwant to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner or a cold drink at the bar. Read more
