NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STOP AT. Avoid it at all cost. Slow getting seated even though several tables were empty and the place... wasn?t busy. Got menus fast. No wait staff came. After 10 more minutes and others being served we got the attention of awaitress and we complained about not having even coffee offered. She said she got the tables mixed up. Our folded menus were inplain view. Poor excuse. Ordered our breakfast. It came out in 8 minutes which is acceptable but the scrambled eggs had somenear uncooked parts, the bacon only slightly warm and unevenly cooked. Home fries were cut like thin potato chips and only warm.Toast half cooked more like warm bread. Don?t order the coffee. No taste. More like dirty dishwater. Pricey place for the poorservice and barely acceptable food quality. They don?t seem to have much experience at running a restaurant. Read more
Waitress was friendly and the service was fast, we had our food within 20mins with a family of 5! The portions were large,the... poutine I ordered was a small and I couldn't finish it. Will be going back when the in-laws come up to vist. Read more

We had a Monday dinner and waited over an hour for our food. It was nothing special. Then breakfast Tuesday. It totally sucked.... Had to pay for every cup of COFFEE! They claim to be a truck stop. Truck stops have good food and good amount of food, not here.Will not go back. We were from out of town. Sliced cheese on an omelette! Gross! Half a slice of cheese on a burger, how cheapis that? A very typical truck stop diner. The staff are very friendly, the food, very good and the portions are quite large. Likely the... best place in town for breakfast and a decent choice for lunch and dinner (casual style). Prices are reasonable but the bestthing about Gilli's is the staff...they are great! Read more
Good breakfast here. It was busy, lots of patrons. The servers were speaking mainly French but were bilingual. My favorite... part were the Gilli's breakfast potatoes and the big rig themed decor and menu items. My husband ordered, "The Volvo." Read more
It was so busy when we arrived just before lunch. We decided to wait because there were only a few people in line. As others... were leaving they reassured us all it would be worth the wait. We have been here many times before and they are right , it isworth the wait. The food is always delicious and the staff are friendly and sure to take care of you . The prices are reasonableconsidering the large portions. The menu has a huge selection and it is always the same. You can get breakfast all day(for a feeafter set times). I love the transport theme and the atmosphere it creates You gotta check it out. Read more
