Tried to order a chicken sandwhich with only ketchup and mayo, the person on the speaker says they can't add the ketchup so... it'll have to come in packets on the side. I went in drive through yesterday. I specifically asked to have ALL MY FOOD HOT, cause it's always cold..... They made me go in... the waiting area because they were waiting on FRESH FRIES THEY SAID. ... Waited 10 min and all my food was cold... AGAIN . Next time I go I will inspect my order open the bags AT THE WINDOW and if I am not satisfied I WILL STAY AT THE WINDOW UNTIL IGET HOT FOOD. IF TLYOU ASK ME TO GO IN THE WAITING AREA I WILL SAY NO . And I will make you start over until I am satisfied.When you specified you were making fresh fries and made me wait to get cold fries..... I have hit up this McDonald's multiple times on trips I have taken. They are always friendly and compared to my hometown... McDonald's, the food is always fresh and correctly made to order. I actually get extra pickles on my burger and hot fries...Itcan be done! Read more

Ordered My Tea from Self Serve Screen waited for my order. They put my order on shelf nobody gave a call even after removing... order from main screen. Zero Customer Service. Other people got called for their order except mine. Because I wasn't a whiteguy. Later On I went very near to pick up area called two workers third one paid attention And gave my my tea. Afterwords theystarted calling people again for their order with numbers. Isn't it racism. Read more
