Had an issue o this visit with a "Karen" worker following me and telling me I couldn't have my personal scooter inside. Advised... her it was never a problem before and I was going to fold it down which I did. She was named Erin which is close enough to aKaren. Very rude Caucasian human Read more
One of the cleanest, most organized stores in the valley, AND they were in the middle of a store re-set when I was there. The... staff was helpful, they automatically gave a bag (most other stores ask and make you feel like an imposition for wanting a bag). The bookseller took time to show me where certain books were located and my kids found some awesome toys! Parking is hit ormiss in this shopping center but that is not B&N doing, that is just general poor planning for a large center on the weekend. Iwould def recommend this location Read more
Large book collection ???? The staff is nice, but with how much activity is there, don't expect too much from them. They have... their hands busy already, but they seem to be helpful and nice when you go to ask them questions. Also nice customers, we hadone talk to us about a couple books. Very clean there. This Barnes and Nobles had such a great selection. There was a nook for anyone looking to practice wizardry, or read up on the... romance novels, or do a little self reflection. The most wonderful thing is to walk into a book store and feel as if you were inyour personal library! Read more
