Let's start off with having to wait to get seated, which normally wouldn't be an issue but not a single employee at this... location acknowledged the fact there was 18 people waiting to get seated. This location was not busy enough to justify thehorrible communication. Then when finally seated a waiter approached us asking if we wanted drinks then suggested we couldsimply order online or with him. The drink I ordered for my daughter was a lemonade and she was given an adult soda...Are youkidding?!? We responded with giving him our order. My side order came out before anything then followed by the saddest plate ofover priced and over cooked boneless wings. My husband finished his plate of wings before I got mine. Then my 5 year old nevergot her order we had to ask. No apologies for clearly forgetting to place our order. This is the FIRST time I will NOT leave atip and the LAST time buffalo wild wings will have our business. Read more
I love their boneless wings, the taste is exquisite. However, I have to hold back that one last star because they are usually... late on their estimates for when food will be ready, and every time I do pick up, I am waiting for my food to be ready. Good experience. This is the first time I didn't get wings. I got the cheese curd burger instead. Highly recommended.
What on earth happened? We have never had an experience like this before. This is only a sample of some of the drowned and non... tossed wings we got. I get that they are crowded but we could not eat these. We ordered online directly through their app. Wewill sadly not be back. Read more
Service was really good, but sheesh can I get some wings with my sauce? More sauce than wings completely drenched. No I know... some people like that but there is literally a quart of sauce underneath all of my wings as well. The wings themself are goodthe quality of the wing is good the size of the wing is good. Overall once you get the 17 lb of sauce off the wings not a badspot for wings other than the price. Literally had to rinse off the wings sauce is good and all but I'd like to have a littlebit of chicken with that. My lady ordered me some wings and a Pepsi to pick up after a long day in construction. I picked up the order 20mins later and... received these old, reheated, barely warm, hard to chew, wings. After trying 1 and couldn't even finish it. I threw the wholecontainer away. I will never eat here again. Read more
Let me start by saying, I rarely leave a poor review. -- Lack of staff. We waited, not being acknowledged for quite a bit. As we... waited by the entry desk several phone calls went unanswered.
