I went in about 10:30pm(they closed at 11pm) I was very impressed with Bartender who waited on us. He didn't "rush" our service... & told us not to worry about closing time & that he had plenty to do before he left. Ordered a house salad and soup for pickup. I showed up early at the curbside pickup and checked in upon arrival. I waited till... around 10 minutes past my pickup window. Then called to check on my order. It took several minutes for anyone to pick up thephone. When they did they put me on hold again for another couple minutes. My food clearly hadn't even been put together yet.They forgot two of the toppings for the salad and dumped so much cheese on top you could barely see the lettuce. The salad wasclearly old and slimy as well. Ended up throwing out the salad. The Enchilada soup tasted good but they gave me almost no brothjust chunks of sauced meat. RAW CHICKEN!! i am absolutely horrified! i ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and the chicken is raw in the center and there?s no... dressing. I could have gotten so sick due to their negligence. I will never be ordering here again and I suggest no one elsedoes Read more
Chili's is usually a hot spot. With that being said this location does disappoint. Orderd on the phone and when it was time to... get the food they had packed our food with someone else's and forgot half of our order. When we went inside to exchange, theygladly took the other food and still did not have the rest of the food we ordered! Very disorganized location, too sad. I've came here many times before and encountered little to no complaints ,but tonight was a disaster. I ordered steak... quesadillas for the first time because it sounded appealing to me, but in return I received chopped hamburger meat in atortilla. I thought it tasted familiar, I had a burger here before and the look and taste on the meat confirmed it was hamburgermeat not steak but technically a beef. I then also ordered a salad and chicken fajitas some pieces of the salad was rotting thegreen was brown almost black . Next the whole cold tray for the fajitas was also old the guacamole looked like Gerber baby food,it definitely was not fresh and far below par. I found a few spots of mold on the tips of some cheese! At that point it wasunacceptable, and I was surprised whoever sent that out was happy to bring it out, I am happy I'm not returning to this locationany longer and advise everyone for a quick inspection of their food before eating!? We went for my husband's birthday. I got the chili mango chicken. Comes with broccoli and Spanish rice. This is a dish I get all... the time. The rice this time was so bad. It was so hard, not able to chew. I didn't want to complain on the husband's bday so Ijust didn't eat it. The bartender however made the best lemon drop I've had in a while. Order wrong. First I waited in my car for curbside. When no one appeared to be coming out I went in. My food wasn't ready so I... waited another 20 mins. I was told it was due to the mash potatoes so I told them fry's are fine just so I could go. Waited somemore and finally my food came out. Got home and it was wrong. I ordered kids cheeseburgers and mash potatoes. There were no kidscheeseburgers instead there were some puffy things. I did get the mash potatoes and mayo and mustard just no burgers. I was seated right away & the staff was friendly. I ordered a medium 6 Oz sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes & steamed... broccoli. The food came out pretty quick & the sides were great, but the steak was almost all fat & gristle & undercooked. Iasked for a new steak & not even 5 mins later, a new plate of food was brought out. This steak was much better & the sides werestill great. The manager came over once when they took the 1st steak away & again to check if the new steak was right. Overall,not a bad experience.
