It was the worst visit ever at the Tempe location yesterday evening. Upon entry, we were not greeted or acknowledged. The two... young guys (food prep guy and guy at the register) behind the counter had no customer service skills. They didn't communicatewith us. They were rude and completely ignored us. When our pickup time was up, they informed us that they had messed up ourorder and had to remake our sandwiches. We waited fifteen minutes more for our food to finally be ready after already waiting solong. The fries were soggy and greasy. The food was cold. The restaurant was dirty. The floors weren't mopped and tables hadn'tbeen picked up. With the service I experienced, I never want to go there again. Got the pork lovers platter which was about 26$ so I was expecting to get a good amount of food. I got my plate and it looked... like they skimped out on the servings.
