I live nearby and have been going to this location since it first opened. The drinks are almost always perfect and the employees... are always nice and friendly. The issue I have is their line is out of control. Several times a day, the line goes out into thestreet and often times cars block the intersection of lemon and rural. If you are in the right lane going north on rural, youget held up and have to wait for traffic to clear to get into the next lane. There is also the issue of cars trying to take aleft into the Dutch line. They block the left lane from vehicles trying to take a left from rural onto lemon. They used toencourage cars to scoot up and not leave gaps, but I haven?t seen that done in well over a year. Somehow, someway if the lineissue can be resolved it would make this location 5/5 stars. Waits are so long that they could justify 20 percent increases in price to lose some business.... Not sure I find it anything... special and most people should consider buying a great machine for home and save money and time over the long run... Greatservice! Read more
Terrible customer service and experience from ?team lead? Had a punch card with two punches left and she informed me they... stopped using them during COVID. Ok but I earned it and she did not even offers discount and the amount of attitude and bluntrudeness made me leave and I will never go to Dutch Bros again. As a good alternative without all the super bubbly fakeness andhour long lines go to Black Rock Coffee. You Can thank me later. Stay far far away from this Dutch Bros if you don?t care abouthonor or moral I would definitely recommend going to another one. This is by far the worst Dutch Bros I?ve ever been to. I?vebeen to a lot as well from Seattle all the way down. My punch card should have been honored and not scoffed at like I am justtrying to get a discount on a $6 drink I EARNED it by being a LOYAL customer. I also am sending back my online order as well. Huge coffee fan currently living in the midwest. While we were in Mesa we wanted a new to us coffee experience. We found Dutch... Bros and the Golden Eagle. This coffee was so fantastic it turned into our every morning go to spot while on vaca. Highlyrecommend this place and if you go on the 1st Wednesday of every month they hand out a cool sticker to show off. We actuallyordered online and use this brand in our home nowadays. Although both the drive-thru and walk up lines get quite long sometimes, they do their best to accommodate everybody as quickly... as possible while still providing good service. I?ve rarely ever had them mess up one of my drinks and if they have, theyquickly replaced it without question. Love this place! Ps: they offer cool stickers on the first of every month that come freewith a purchase! Read more
Only 6 bucks for a very large cup of coffee that gave me the extra push I needed to get my day started. Not bad considering the... cost of the same thing at the other guys would be way more expensive. Here's to being a good value thanks Dutch brothers! Read more
