I was told my food would be ready at 1135 so that’s when I arrived at the restaurant. I didn’t receive my food until 12:05... so I’m assuming the forgot the order and had to make it on the spot. However, the waiting was not the reason for the badrating, the food was absolutely terrible. I got the orange chicken and the chicken tasted many days old and more like friedchewy air vs any resemblance of chicken. The hot and sour soup was ok. $60 for two entrees and two soups is also outrageous.Would give them 0 stars if possible. I just left the establishment very disappointed in the Manger Mason and how he speaks to his customers. I have gone to flows... for Yeats now and always enjoyed the food and customer service. My friend had barbaric surgery. She has a card and asked if shecould order off the kids menu. Not to be cheap but she cannot eat much. Second she can't order a whole meal and let it spoil inthis Az heat as we had plans after. It was his rudeness and deliverance. He said that is not our problem but hers. We have beento plenty of larger and nicer restaurants who did it with no problem. MASON get some people skills. FLO'S Corp office I hopeyour proud of your manger and his rudeness.
