I was told my food would be ready at 1135 so that’s when I arrived at the restaurant. I didn’t receive my food until 12:05... so I’m assuming the forgot the order and had to make it on the spot. However, the waiting was not the reason for the badrating, the food was absolutely terrible. I got the orange chicken and the chicken tasted many days old and more like friedchewy air vs any resemblance of chicken. The hot and sour soup was ok. $60 for two entrees and two soups is also outrageous.Would give them 0 stars if possible. I just left the establishment very disappointed in the Manger Mason and how he speaks to his customers. I have gone to flows... for Yeats now and always enjoyed the food and customer service. My friend had barbaric surgery. She has a card and asked if shecould order off the kids menu. Not to be cheap but she cannot eat much. Second she can't order a whole meal and let it spoil inthis Az heat as we had plans after. It was his rudeness and deliverance. He said that is not our problem but hers. We have beento plenty of larger and nicer restaurants who did it with no problem. MASON get some people skills. FLO'S Corp office I hopeyour proud of your manger and his rudeness. Had to fuel up on some good food while out delivering coating. First time at Flo's. Had the beef lomein and chicken Kung Pao.... Both delicious, just the right amount of seasoning and sauce. Rice was cooked perfectly. Will be coming back. Read more
I went Flo's for a late lunch and was not disappointed! I generally review things for college students (since I am one) and I... have to say, for a special treat to yourself I would go here. I got the crab puffs and shrimp fried rice. Overall $27 (I alsogot a soda). For a college student budget a little much but you get a lot of food for the price, I had lost of leftovers! Therestaurant it's self is nice and bright, I did not eat outside but the patio area looks nice and well shaded. Going back to thefood, both things I got came out fast and were very good. The crab puffs were the best I have had in AZ since moving here. Thefried rice was good, the amount of egg was a lot at times but it did not drive me away. The shrimp was cooked well. It’s hard to find a place that I could eat everyday without getting bored. Flo’s on the other hand I could eat 3 times a day... for the rest of my life. This is hands down the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had! The hot and sour soup is amazing even in theArizona heat! Lettuce wraps (not on the menu) are a great start to any meal!
