I am from the east coast just south of Philly and this was the best cheesesteak I have had since I moved here. Bread was soft... and the steak was amazing. It was lunch so the time took about 10 mins. So worth it. Sat outside and the tables were clean. Gotta go back. Read more

What's not to love? Huge portions, staff is cool, food is delicious. The place always has a good vibe when you go in. Everyone... seems happy to be there. Also... I never do veggies and go full carnivore... Most places will just give you a skimpy sandwichwhen you do that but these guys fill the gap and make sure you won't be hungry afterwards. I am not a fan of steak cheese sandwiches but my husband is so I agreed to visit Forefathers. I was pleasantly surprised, a very... clean, streamlined place. Very simple menu, good value for your money food. We had the classic sandwich with steak, onions,peppers, onions and jalapeños. The bread has a perfect consistency so the sandwich holds its shape until you finish it. Frenchsweet potato fries were yummy! It took 5 mins to have our food done so it was really fresh. The guys at the counter/kitchen arereally nice too. Great place overall, give it a try! Read more

Sadly, I'm having to reduce my rating due the quality of chicken getting awful since around 2010. It tastes really bland and... rubbery now. Honestly, it's some of the worse tasting chicken I've had at a restaurant. I want more great Buffalo chickensandwiches, so please give us the quality ingredients of the past!
