I?ve had Fuku 3 times (pickup, delivery and dine) The food is pretty good but the service is absolutely atrocious! When we dined... in, we were there for over 2 hours. One waiter serving everyone in the restaurant doesn?t work. When I did pickup, I was told 25minutes, only to wait an hour and 15 minutes. When I walked in the manager was talking on her phone and didn?t even acknowledgeme. When she finally acknowledged me, she told me 20 more minutes. After 20 minutes, she told me 35 minutes? When I opened upthe bag to make sure everything was in there, they put all of the heavy stir frys on top of our sushi. Overall, 2 stars becausethe food is a 6/10. I will absolutely not be returning after these 3 horrible experiences. It?s sad because they are a newrestaurant in a prime location, but clearly don?t know how to run a business. Read more
First time ordered delivery. They were running a bogo promo but I was disappointed.. Las Vegas rolls have little to no salmon... literally little flakes and not even the pink meat like leftover scraps gross. Alaskan rolls have badly cut salmon as if fromscrap pieces. If you are out of quality salmon please just decline the order. Read more
Our first visit there and were very pleased with the service and food. It was a little warm in the space so perhaps they turned... the a/c off a little early in the season but our cold drinks helped with that! The rolls were very well made and delicious, aswell as being large enough to fill up with one and a few bites from a second. Our server Mikhala was great and informed us thatthey will have fresh ground wasabi soon (they haven't had their grand opening yet). Was a little surprised that there is no barseating but the tables and booths are comfortable and the ambience is nice. Will definitely be going back to try more of theirsignature rolls. We got the "Rasta" roll, "Fuku in Vegas" roll, and the "Footsie" roll, in addition to seaweed salad. Just becautious with pronouncing the name of this place in certain groups. Lol Read more
Checked out Fuku Sushi for dinner. We started with Crab puffs, which were crunchy and had a flavorful dipping sauce. Then we... shared a Philly Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and A Bit of Fuku, which was a nice variety of Sashimi, as our baseline for a new sushiplace. Service was fantastic and quick. The service is great. Our server was very attentive and provided 5 star service. Our miso soup came out luke warm twice. The... steak teppenyaki tasted like the teppenyaki that I ate in Mexico City. We also got a chicken teriyaki and a Footsie roll. Thechicken teriyaki is heavy on the rice portion so if you like to eat more protein I would recommend ordering an additionalportion of protein. Despite having vast sushi experience, our friends ordered some rolls that did not hit the right notes fortheir palette. Other rolls were fine. Read more
I used to live in Okinawa Japan and I have eaten lots of sushi!! This place really has great sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh... and the rice is so soft. I had the Eel nigiri, rainbow roll and the crunchy roll. All fantastic! Best sushi I have had in a longtime! Fuku! Excellent! Nice staff, good location and nice interior. Must try this place! New sushi restaurant next to Eos Fitness. Good menu selections, and we all enjoyed our choices. The decor is pretty minimal, and... there weren't a lot of people there, but that could be because it's fairly new. Seemed a little short-handed as far as staff.However, we didn't have to wait overly long for our orders, which were very tasty. I'll be checking them out again. Read more
