It makes me sad to put this review out, because I?ve always been a fan! The Baja Chipotle turkey sandwich is the bomb! The first... time I had an issue with my food I gave feedback on the email private forum to ?leave feedback? to address a major issue with mymeal (which I paid full price for) and not a word from anyone about it.. that?s a big reason for the single star too- if you?regoing to ask for feedback or follow up with orders and then not read or respond to it, what?s the point? (The 2nd star is fortwo other employees who have been helpful and super nice other visits but were not there either days that are being addressed) Igave it a few weeks and tried to get over being grossed out, to go and try again- only to have the SAME issue again. Hair IN mysandwich. The first time it was a long very dark colored hair I pulled out of the sandwich.. This past Wednesday I got asandwich and drink to go. Red flags from the start.. I got a large soda, and when putting ice in the cup- a bunch of black/brownparticles came out of the ice maker. I tried 3 rounds of ice and couldnt get clean ice so I gave up. ***Please*** clean or orhave your ice machine serviced! Went to get a lid, and there?s dark brown hair on the lid pile too! Didn?t give me a lot ofconfidence leaving with my lunch. Which brings me back to the food- I unwrapped my sandwich and was horrified to again see hairin.my.food! I showed a coworker, and then walked the sandwich back next door to SHOW the girl at the counter. This time Idemanded a refund - which she gave me. They did offer me a treat from the bakery case but I was feeling grossed out by thatpoint and really just needed lunch. The concerning part was the girl who made my sandwich casually laughed and said maybe it wasfrom me, I have cats! She wasn?t really wearing kitchen/food service appropriate clothes at all? but again like last time BOTHemployees were not wearing aprons, which I don?t understand. I miss my Great Harvest Honey Wheat bread so much, I have it shipped from Tempe to Prescott. I order 6 loaves at a time. It... comes the next day and freezes beautifully for weeks. Did I say Yummy it was just what I wanted, a slightly salty chewy crusty bread. I had looked all over for some good sour dough... bread and looked up Great Harvest Bread. They have all sorts of bread and had some nice looking loafs of sour dough. The staffwas all wearing masks and we're very helpful so I placed my order. They asked if I wanted it sliced and I did so. They rang upmy order and it came to $7.06 while it sounded high I wanted the bread. It did not disappoint me, as I drove out I reached inand grabbed the Rhine. Then after that at the next stop light had another piece. Did I say Yummy it was just what I wanted, aslightly salty chewy crusty bread. After getting another awesome reflexology next door at the Golden Feet, we decided to try the Great Harvest sandwiches for... lunch. Their store sells lots of local products such as honey, jam, oil, preserves... We ordered our food at the counter, oneCobb sandwich (roasted turkey, bacon, tomatoes...on jalapeno garlic bread) and one bbq chicken sandwich. Sandwiches comewithout any sides unless you ask for it. It was very nice to have a real sandwich! No cold cut, no bread that you can use toplay according with! Bread is wholesome, inside is like a homemade sandwich. It was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend. Been a customer at this location for years. Customer service is always top-notch. The bread is all- natural,... fresh, tastes amazing, and freezes well. This is not your average grocery store bread. I love the unique weekly and seasonaloptions to change up the routine. They also give out samples if you want to try something new first before buying. :) Read more
