I told a friend Ike's Love & Sandwiches has great sandwiches, I've been to another one of their locations with 3/5 star success... (great food/not great everything else), so when I brought him to this location I've never been to and we ended up standingaround for 3-5 minutes awkwardly in the lobby I felt a sense of dread wash over me. We were never greeted, never acknowledged,and it felt extremely awkward as we could both see what looked like the one and only employee working as fast as they can. Thiswas a very awkward experience and I wouldn't come back to this location (I'm not giving up on Ike's completely yet, they havereally good food but oh my god is it so slow), also their soda machine was completely broken in the lobby and only the one usedby the drive-thru was working. Given that there was only one employee visible the entire time we were standing around waitingfor that employee, it would probably be pretty difficult to get drink refills let alone anything. We left and went somewhereelse to eat without ever having talked to anyone. The employee was working as hard as they could, but it wasn't enough, it'sclear they're understaffed or there are other issues at play. Read more

Great place for all dietary needs at reasonable prices. The only con is that they frequently run out of vegan "meat".... Fortunately their are PLENTY of other options always so it just expands your menu tour. Read more

I *love* Ike?s - but probably won?t order ahead of time again. I ordered my sandwich 3 hrs prior to pickup, and I think it... must?ve been made 3 hrs ahead of time because the bread was super soggy when I picked it up and my sandwich fell apart when Itried to eat it. A small sandwich chain with many vegan and vegetarian options, and many of the sandwiches can be made vegan or vegetarian. Their... Dutch crunch bread is by far the best and definitely unique to the restaurant. Sandwiches are made to order so it will arrivewarm, wrapped in an Ike's wrapper, cut in half, with shredder lettuce and diced tomatoes added as an option. Their fries somewith a season salt type seasoning. Zapps chips and fountain and bottles drinks are add-on options as well. All locations havedine in table options and most seem to have outdoor seating. I have rarely came across a rude worker between the 3 locations Ihave been to. Would recommend for sure. Read more

Terrible experience.. placed our order and no system in this place. It is close to the house so I thought to give it a try and I... won't be back. Once they finally were able to figure out the order. It came out wrong twice, food was waisted due to being sogross and soggy. There definitely needs to be some leadership in here. 4 young kids running the show and though they weren'trude it lacked any type of system or leadership. Sandwich lovers beware!! Don't do it. Great sandwiches. The Dutch bread is excellent as well as the Dirty Sauce. We had the Hollywould and the Menage a Trois, both... excellent selections. The sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner, and customer service was great. I'm not sure what thecomplaints are about. Get double meat if you're hungry. Read more

Compared to my 1st Ike's experience in Cali, this was not nearly impressive. Was it horrible? No. Did it fulfill that cravin... from my 1st experience? No. Drive thru wait seemed extra long & the sandwich was good but nothing to write home about. Haven'tgone back yet, maybe I'd give em another chance but there's def better sandwich places. Wow before you go let me just say don't, just go to sub-way. Why? Price is high and sandwich is thin and small. Yes the sandwich... taste good but not that good to pay 14.86 for one sandwich and one bag of chips. I won't be going here again, will be going tosubway to get my monies worth.
