This is my favorite shop to order fresh smoothies and juice. My personal favorite is the fresh carrot juice, it?s very... refreshing on a hot summer day. This location exceeds all my expectations. The staff is always enthusiastic and they providevery fast service. Special thanks to Jon for honoring my BOGO coupon. I will definitely be coming back! Read more

It was very disappointing! No Wheatgrass shots. Had to ask for fresh squeeze juice, otherwise they use juice concentrate??? The... smoothie tasted terrible.. Spent over $26 & will not be back! Will find another real juice place to go.. Read more

Like the fact that they will modify a smoothie to personal dietary needs. I wish they were freshly juicing wheatgrass with... nothing else added. Read more

Due to not being able to order the Impossible sandwich without any cheese in the app, I called ahead to make sure I could get it... for my preorder; despite my speaker glitching out and me speaking way too quietly at first, the woman I talked to was so sweet, kind, and patient! I wished I got her name so I could put it in the review, but I didn't -- it was around 12 on Saturday, though. I wasn't a sausage person before I went vegan, yet I surprisingly loved the sandwich; it was wonderful with tabascoadded to it as well. The bread was delicious and flavorful while the sausage was soft but firm; it wasn't squishy or spongy atall, which was a great contrast to a lot of other quick-serve Impossible sandwiches! I got the Greens n' Ginger as well, and Ifeel like this location makes it the best. It has the perfect amount of ginger (I'm a ginger fiend) while not outweighing thefruity flavors of the mango and peach, or the subtle flavor of kale. Very yummy, and I highly recommend! I've came here a lotbefore my night shifts as well, and all off the staff members are so friendly and cordial despite its busy-ness. This isdefinitely my Jamba Juice of choice; thanks so much for working so hard <3 :-) Read more

The smoothie was just fine, it was the attitude I was met with that ruined the experience. After our work out, a friend and I... came in about an hour before close. I ordered a large smoothie with whey protein added. As everyone knows, whey proteinbasically makes smoothies bigger, so I typically end up with a little extra when it?s all said and done (I usually order amedium in a large cup so I can have the full smoothie I ordered). So when the associate behind the counter had a full HALF ABLENDER LEFT after filling the large cup, I lightheartedly asked if I could please get a small cup for the extra. Sheimmediately snapped at me saying ?yeah I can?t do that since it?s based on the ounces you paid for, so? and quickly whippedaround to then dump the half a blender worth of smoothie down the drain. First of all, I DID pay for those ounces considering, without the whey, they would have gone in my cup. Secondly, how were your ingredient measurements so over that you ended up witha whole extra smoothie in the blender? Like dang, even if you can?t give me the rest of the drink I ordered, that?s a lot ofwasted product down the drain. I know you have the blenders clean a whole hour early so I?m a pain to you but I just want myprotein, that?s stuffs pricey. Read more

Literally drove out of the way for some Jamba Juice as my family loves this chain. To start the cashier was extremely... passive-aggressive when I presented the Jamba Juice BOGO Card when she informed they do not participate in the offer?it was the?ummm we do not take these our District Manager said?, plus her handoff like the card had cooties is why I decided to make areview?then the cherry topper was when my daughter got the NEW Matcha with Cloud Whip?my daughter simply thought they forgot thewhip brought the drink back in the store?waited patiently in line, then asked if the drink was supposed to ha e Whip. Tithegracious staff said, ?I made it and it in there?it probably just mixed??from the way it looked HONESTLY it looked like theregular Matcha (it was made LESS than 5 minutes prior). Again, this review is based off the words and the energy the staff gave, which was EWW?Coupon People and You ARE NOT worth my Customer Service!? So in closing?yeah I?ll go to Jamba Juice again, BUT Iwould drink sewer water before I EVER purchase from this location again! Picture of what we wanted AND what we got! I just amnot saying it! Really mediocre, and menu board shows a 2 oz shot of wheatgrass for $2.49. I ordered the "larger, $3.99 size", and "Easton B"... put in my order, took my payment, and started making my shot. My two smoothies came up, for kiddo and me, and then wheatgrass,in what was obviously a 2 oz ramekin, and being genuinly confused, asked about it, as i had ordered the large. He said it WASthe large. Took me a minute to get my kiddo set, and then i had to ask for my receipt. It said Wheatgrass 2 oz. $3.99 Iasked about the menu, as it says the 2 oz is $2.49, and I was told "umm". Kid didn't really seem equipped to deal with thesituation, unfortunately. When i showed him again, he said "yeah, that's ($2.49) the price for the 1 oz shot. Menu shows no 1 ozshot. Am I the only one who can see this? I'm kidding, but it's quite a sloppy mistake/oversight for whoever runs this place. The menu's prices have obviously been changed by hand, so somebody did this, and it wasnt checked... Pricing wrong. Poorcustomer service. No solution offered. Should have been an easy fix on menu board. *Also got a chunky smoothie, after allthat. (My kiddo's was fine.) Not worth it for the price. Read more
