Its quite and good food usually empty but the workers are great.
I have consistently ordered from this Jimmy Johns, and the last 3 times I have ordered delivery there has not been a driver. It... is hard to give continued business when delivery is able to be placed and my credit card is charged, and getting a call 20minutes later letting me know there will be no delivery. I wish when there was no driver, which seems to be very often, thatthere would be a stop on placing delivery orders. Read more
I'm sorry Jimmy John's I've been doing this for 3 years I've had you deliver over at the ASU stadium for 3 years and I will... never ever ever order from you guys again this is ridiculous I pay your fee to deliver to me not anybody else nobody else totouch my food nobody else to take anything so you also deprived your deliverer of $5 for his tip so I will never order from youagain I'll starve before I order from you guys again And not even imagine the fact that he didn't even deliver it on the rightside I don't even know where my order is so thank you very much for all the years that you've brought me good food except fornow thank you Read more
Absolutely horrid customer service. Called after my order said "in progress" for over an hour and the girl, who could NOT have... been any ruder if she tried, told me that they couldn't deliver my order because they didn't have any employees. She then arguedwith me that my clearly in-progress order had already been canceled. Avoid this location at all costs, if not JJ as a whole. Nothanks! Read more
This seems to be a poorly managed franchise location. I ordered one of the new turkey sandwiches as a combo online. When I... arrived there was very loud, bizarre EDM blaring. My order wasn't ready even though I arrived after my pickup time, because theywere out of turkey, which is fine (I understand supply chain issues) but they said they had tried to call me which was untrue. Itold them which sandwich I wanted instead and it was made quickly, but I had to remind the guy that I had ordered a combo whichcame with chips and a drink too. He told me I could get the chips but their CO2 was out so I couldn't get a drink. I realize nowthat I should have asked for the drink cup anyway so I could get tea at least, but the employee probably could have offeredother options. He didn't even offer a refund or anything. I placed a pick up order from this store, first time I have been to this location. It was unsanitary inside and the employees... were not wearing masks. They are handling food in the middle of a pandemic, that's not okay. Also, the store has a lot ofnegative and hateful signage. They literally have a sign up that says people with certain belief systems and ideologies are NOTALLOWED. I couldn't believe my eyes. Most Jimmy John's I've been to are chill and inviting. I definitely will not return to thislocation. There are other locations in this area, so I'd recommend doing the same. Read more
Beware! Hours have changed from closing at 10 pm to 8 pm. Corp needs to update web page & on here to reflect change. They let me... know when I went to pick up my food that they had canceled my order because they were out of bread. Funds were returned & theygave me some cookies for the inconvenience. Food's still fresh & delicious but pls get your hours posted correctly. Read more
I have ordered from this location 2x at this point and both times, despite allowing me to place an online order and showing that... it is open, the location has been closed. I wish I could review the quality of the sandwich but both times my order has beenunfulfilled/canceled. Read more
