To the young man working today, you did great. It was October 19th at about 11:00am/11:15am, I did not get his name but I... believe he had on glasses. Young man you were doing your job, and doing it well. It looked like he was either alone or just himand someone else, and I saw a lady being sassy because it was gonna take ?20 minutes? for her food, when there?s an order onlineoption. I came in and my food was ready in the portal, it was delicious. I also ordered online, so that woman didn?t need to besassy about her food. Hot and ready pizzas are amazing but if you?re out and have to make some, there?s nothing wrong with that.Keep up the good work man, don?t let people get you down. 10/10 food and service. Read more

Ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni, green peppers & pineapple. Spent $14.00. when I got home, my husband and I couldn't... eat it. It was not cooked all of the way. The cheese was 1/2 melted. The dough was soft and not browned. The pepperoni and greenpeppers were not crispy. Way too much pineapple on top made it all soggy. We threw it away. No one answers the phone on thislocation, and I didn't see any management there. Not sure who checks quality control at this location, but the employees aregoing to get someone sick. Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They don't open when their supposed to for one, how does a business do that? 2... bottles of soda that I got were EXPIRED...do you know how long soda has to sit to be expired, tried calling 3x and NO ANSWER,went there the next day at 10:45am they open at 10:30, and lights were off and door was locked. I wanted a refund, if yourcharging that much for a bottle of soda, it better not be expired! Read more

This location has the worst customer service. I stood up in the front for nearly 15min before someone came to take my order.... They seen me & the door makes a sound when you come in. Please hire better staff. Read more

If I could 0 Stars I would! Unfortunately on my child's birthday the new girl manager charged our card twice and we also had to... pay cash out of pocket. She was rude, did not want to fix it and her excuse was "I'm new", again this is the manager that wasworking so we called the manager above her named Carl and even he was unprofessional. He said he would get back to my husbandthe day we called. No call back, nothing and still three transactions from this place. They decided not to fix their problemsexcept to just continue working unprofessional as they are.better off at domino's,pizza hut or anywhere else. Read more

I had a great time picking up my pizza. The young men working there had good energy and we're working hard and getting pizzas... out quick. The music playing was also nice. I definitely felt as if I walked into a store and could tell their employeesdidn't hate being there. Read more

Love little Caesars, but this location gave me a wonky looking pizza. Half was really flat and skinny. I got jipped.

May 2021 Rural Rd., Tempe. Late review but oh so needed! Little Caesars I spoke to a girl by phone & asked for the Extra Most... Bestest Pizza. I also asked can I do 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni? She said "No. Not on the Extra Most Bestest". I said "OK, I'lljust do the Extra Most Bestest as is" She was slightly pleasant. My only hiccup was I had a question about dipping sauce &something else (I can't remember) & she over talked me through-out. That was kind've annoying but I've been there before. Theproblem started when i left! I thanked everyone, got to the car, opened the box & noticed this was not that Extra Most BestestPizza. So, I walk right back in & asked (as if I didn't know) "Excuse me, Is this The Extra Most Bestest?" Then, another girlwalks up & says: "No. You didn't order the Extra Most Bestest" Then I said: "Yes, I did. In fact, I spoke with whoever pickedup in great detail about The Extra Most Bestest" Then she said: "No. You ordered this" Then, i asked the lady directly infront of register "At this pt don't remake it. I just want a refund. Thank you." She gave me my $8+ dollars back. And i leftwith a c/s tip to the girl that was going back & fourth me. I politely suggested "Its best to say 'I don't recall' That way,you're not saying I'm wrong but you're also not saying you're at fault either" She gave a slight nod.
