We came here for my nephews birthday. It was a lot of fun between the arcade, bowling and Lazer tag. The bowling lane we were on... kept clearing the standing pins instead of picking them up to clear the knocked over ones so we kept loosing turns. That was abummer but not the end of the world. What really made this an incredible experience for us was the associate named Jake. Weswiped for the VR and my son and nephew get hooked up to play, having picked a zombie game. We didn't know what to expect and atfirst everything was fine. Jake was really patient and gentle with both kids helping them get the headsets on and get started.The game begins and about 5 seconds in my son says he wants the headset off. Then a zombie came at him and he screamed! Jake ranover and very quickly got the headset off of my son who was in full blown tears now. He got our friend hooked in since the gamewas still going and then ran to the gift shop and brought back three different stuffed marvel characters and let my son pick oneto make him feel better. What an amazing team member you have there. He really went above and beyond to comfort my son when thegame scared him. I really think he needs some recognition for his attitude and kindness tonight. We finally had an opportunity to step inside this place but we didn't get to enjoy the games or go bowling. Right now, they only... get 4 stars because we had so much fun celebrating a birthday ???? here and we liked it. We ordered pizza, fries ???? withcheese and cheese curd bites. We forgot to take pics of the appetizers. They were all good. For your birthday ???? they give yousundae that's in margarita ???? glass and it's huge. Very rich and sweet ????. Our server McKinsey was attentive and she had agreat personality. She wore her smile with pride. I liked that a lot. Hopefully, we will come back and enjoy the Monday nightmadness before it ends. We had a great time bowling and playing games. The only downside was the person working the register lacked any personality. She... didn't greet us, couldn't seem to smile and looked like she didn't want to be there and it wasn't even noon. Aside from herdismal attitude we had a great time. My husband’s company has held their company Christmas party here for a couple years now. It’s a lot of fun with games,... bowling, food and a bar. Everything is kept very clean. The food I would give 3 stars. But great fun for the whole family of allages! Read more
Great place to have fun with the family, food is good, video games and everything is in good shape, but not sure why staff is... not friendly or at least more customer focus, I was waiting for the VR games and no one was there so I asked a staff member andtold me that the will reopen the VR game in 10 minutes I wait for a out 15 minutes and nothing, I went back to ask again andthere were about 5 staff members just chatting there and didn't answer, finally one of them said that they were charging thebatteries and I need to wait 30 or 40 minutes, this is not good at all.
