I ordered a bunch of food for me and my family to be served on table. Digital ordering machine did not give us a paper receipt.... So I remembered the number on the screen only. After 10 minutes of no service I came to the counter and realized that our orderwas grabbed by someone else. Manager blamed me . But my order was clearly to be served on table(and what is a normal practice inother McDonalds). And it is not my fault that their digital screen stopped giving receipts. After 10 minutes or arguing withmanager, we had to go hungry away. Never ever visit this hole again. Read more
5he lady that works nights is awesome! She went above n beyond to make it possible that I could place my order when the dining... area was closed n I didn't have a vehicle or card to go thru drive thru or use app.she unlocked the door to take my cash order!That meant a lot to me n not many others would have cared if I got to eat or not! Good place to visit for students... Specially with the offers available on McDonald's app. I wish it had the same menu we had in... India... I miss the Mcspicy paneer burger. But i liked Chicken nuggets and hazelnut iced coffee. Read more
This place always messes up my order. I am extremely patient with them but i have reached my limit. I ordered an iced coffee... today and 2 hash browns with hot sauce. My iced coffee was coffee poured straight from hot coffee pot rather than from the icedcoffee pot, so it was watered down; I also got no hot sauce. I get out of their lane quickly so I cause no issues, but I?m done.Last time I went in, I waited 20 minutes before they took my order. I will never go back. Read more
Probably the least dependable McDonald?s I?ve ever experienced. The business hours are regularly incorrect and when they are... open, we?re almost always missing something from our order. Read more

I?m not sure what to say here. Probably the least busiest parking lot in Tempe. Don?t ever ever ever never never ever park... there? EVEN IF you are going in the restaurant? THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR.
