Customer service is lacking big time here. This is the McD?s my family and I go to most often. 4 out of 5 times, the customer... service we receive is quite awful. There seems to be an issue with training the employees on how to properly handle stressfulsituations, how to greet people respectfully & respond to questions appropriately. My family came in to eat breakfast insidehere yesterday and there was a homeless couple nodding off at the table next to us. Also, it?s very sad to see the kids playarea shut down for so long. This area of the city is already lacking safe, cool places for children to play in this heat and Ifind it very sad that management is not taking more initiative on getting this play area back up and running. It's a McDonald's experience, so you are probably aware of what to expect. I've never gone in, in person, but I can say that... their drive thru staff is not the friendliest. Order taking is abrupt and often wrong, so be sure to read the screen and doublecheck that they got it correct. Read more
Few weeks back I went there to get food was going to the drive thru but the line was way to long. So I decided to go inside. A... HUGE mistake. It was Grose, disgusting. Smelled of sweat, pee, dirt, greas. A circle k bathroom is cleaner then that mcdonalds. Read more

Holy cow. Even for McDonald's, this was easily the dirtiest one I've ever been to. Nasty bathrooms, nothing wiped down, broken... doors, no soap or paper towels in bathroom, and rude employees. Read more
Told me my sauces were in the bag and of course they weren't. I also asked for LIGHT ice and swear I got EXTRA on purpose. Plus... side....nuggets were nice and crispy!!!! Read more
