Great spot with some awesome rotating drink specials. Good menu options including some vegan choices with fair prices.... Definitely a favorite neighborhood spot! Read more

Went here with 2 family members on a Monday night (yesterday). What a difference a month makes! The first two times we went... here, the server (Lily?) really made us feel special with how friendly she was. Last night we only saw 2 employees in the place, though I?m sure a 3rd was the cook. Our server was not terribly friendly, our food was greasy and the fries were nearly cold. She did make it right when we said something with a basket of hot fries, but they were still greasy. I know, what should Iexpect? And since part of the reason I like this place is the older crowd, the music was obviously the taste of the 20 to30-year-old staff. We will think twice about visiting here again. Read more

The bartender was absolutely amazing. She was quick and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of even when we... moved outside she was on top of things. The bar was fairly quiet and comfortable. Read more

It?s a fun sports bar. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite teams. The food was good and reasonably priced. The beers on tap were... good. Our waitress was a little less accommodating than I would like. Mixed up an order and forgot a side dish. But stuffhappens. It won?t keep me from meeting friends there, I just know what to expect the next time. Read more

Philly with au jus and the Balboa. Great service, Anita was very attentive.. the table TVs should offer cartoons, as meals take... a while. Over all, great sports bar. Give them a try. Read more

We went at Happy Hour. I forget the name of the first drink, but it was something mule and it was vodka and ginger beer. For... my second drink I I had the Milagro Margarita. We also had 2 of the $3 tacos which were delicious. One was carne asada and theother green chili. The other appetizer we ordered was chips with salsa and guacamole. The salsa is very hot, but it pairedwell with the fresh chunky guacamole which wasn?t too spicy. I dipped my chips in both to get the most out of the pairing. Iwill definitely go back, especially for those $3 yummy tacos. I only had a couple bites because I ordered the chips. Thebartender was Chloe and she was very personable and I felt welcome there. I came in alone. My friend had actually driven to adifferent Philly?s. #tacos #happyhour #margaritas Read more

Decided to check out Philly's, which replaced our neighborhood bar Flanny's. The menu is standard bar food, nothing jumps out as... unique. I went with the triple club sandwich & fries. It was okay. The husband got the Philly cheese steak with the "crab"fries. He said it was okay the fries were seasoned with a Lawrys type seasoning. Flanny's was unique in the sense theysupported craft beer and the food was not standard bar food. I miss Flanny's. Well I guess at least there still is a barthere. Edit: Went back and the service was amazing. I wish I would have taken note of her name. She was top notch. The food wasstill just okay. But the service would get me to come back. Read more
