First time having a problem with this pizza hut. My app said it was delivered only to be late. Then when it got here it was... unsealed and cold like its been sitting there for awhile. Customer service was not up to par. When i called the interaction wasvery fast and i couldnt even get a sentence out without being put on hold constantly. Have had 2 prior poor experiences with delivery from them in the past so decided to go in for carryout instead. There was no... listed menu aside from one in a microscopic font that didn't list any combos or specials, so I had to install the app and usethat just to put in an order, in the store. They gave me the wrong order, so I had to turn around and go back, they then justgave this to the next person without even checking to see if i'd opened it or eaten any, very unsanitary. They messed up boththe pizzas in the dinner box combo (one was a molten puddle of sauce, the other was the wrong sauce entirely). I wish I could leave a zero. The time on my clock is 7:37 in the evening, and I ordered my pizza at 5:43. I realize it's... football and Sunday night so they would be slow, but this is ridiculous! I have been trying for 40 minutes to get ahold ofsomeone at the storen but the phone rings and then hangs up. I just got a text telling me that I would receive my pizzadelivered by DoorDash at 8:08 p.m. Worst service ever!!! Read more
My local delivery was closed and the curbside pickup is easier than paying for a delivery. I love how that worked and they were... quick with it. Definitely recommend these guys. 5/5 for speed, accuracy, convenience, and pizza satisfaction. Read more
Ordered a box dinner took my payment said be delivered in 45 minutes. 2 hours later Im gold door dash never picked up. This is... after calling twice before and being told that it was picked up. They biggest problem with this is I never ordered from doordash.Ordered through pizza hut app. Read more
worst experience ever. I ordered my food through the app, and received a notification that my order was ready. I did contactless... carryout so it was supposed to brought out to my car. I arrived at the location, and pressed the I'm here button. 10 minuteswent by and nothing, so I decided to call, and didn't get an answer, after the second time I called I decided to walk inside therestaurant, I get inside and after waiting 4 to 5 minutes someone comes out I tell her my name and she looks it up and says itcoming out of the oven now, she let's them know I'm out there waiting. 18 minutes later I'm still waiting, and them someonewalke out carrying what appears to be my order and instead of giving it to me he places it in the food warmer, since someone wasordering, I had to wait another 6 minutes to receive my order. so I asked to speak with the manager who then comes out with anattitude, I informed him that I had been waiting for my order for a while after the app said it was ready he then says ok andlooks past me and asked the next person if he could help them. there is a dominoes 3 blocks from my house and I have beenchoosing to drive 5.3 miles to pizza hut never again, Read more
I ordered a cheese pizza and the first one wasn?t very well made. I was going to just take the loss, but I decided to go back... and ask them to remake it. They were quick to help and did an excellent job on the second pizza. It would have been nice if thefirst one had turned out well, but I really appreciated their customer service when I asked them to remake it. Read more
