I am giving Popeyes a 4 star because the app sucks so I was not able to get the 5 piece for 6.99 cause the app kept buffing .
First time coming here and last. Today sep 26 2022 I came to buy chicken, I was in the drive thru but it was taking so long. So... I decided to go inside and order. They did not had any sides, and I still got charged for the Biscuits. I got charged fullprice. People very upset in the drive thru and inside. Never coming here again. What an incredible change for the worst! I used to come here regularly for good chicken and fairly good service. No more! The... new staff at this shop shouldn't even be working here. These people do not want to work and probably don't want to have a job inthe first place. They are sloppy, slow and unfriendly. Food smells and tastes pretty much the same way. This is definitely notwhat Popeyes chicken is supposed to be. What a shame! Read more
I waited 30 minutes because that what the clerk told me the wait was going to be to receive an 11 piece meal. He said it was my... "perogative" if I wanted to wait. Then after 30 minutes I went to the counter to get my spicy chicken and they said it would bean additional 15 minutes. They gave me to refrigeration cold containers of Cajun rice. I could go on and on but this place wasabsolutely horrible as far as the staff is concerned. Read more
It's funny because I was going to leave a 1 star review and apparently 2 years ago I gave it 5 stars. Different crew today. I... only went in for the dirty rice come back. Ordered a combo with a side of dirty rice. I got two sides of mashed potatoes andchicken. The food was great. But I was really annoyed since the register guy corrected me when I said Cajun rice. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. This is the worst Popeyes in the valley. Customer service is non... existent. The wait time to even be spoken to was more than fifteen minutes. The staff was rude. They were out of items. Allaround it was an awful experience. So bad that we didn't bother to order because it took tapping on the counter to get theattention of a member of staff who instead of helping us passed us on to another employee who was just as useless. Ordered online? got to the location and they were not doing drive thru orders. Went inside, and wow! Some very rude workers and... it was a bit of a mess to say the least. Didn?t even eat my chicken cause 1. It was overcooked like almost burnt and 2. theygave me spicy when I ordered original. Paid extra for the Mac n Cheese and that was nasty too. Then the best part, mash potatoeswith no gravy. The drink was good. They ran out of lids for the sides so they?re using drink cup lips upside down so I?ll givethem 1 star for creativity. Read more
