This was my first time ordering from this place. ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Cost of sandwich good, until tax,... MANDATORY TIP (NO TIP SHOULD ever BE MANDATORY), AND DELIVERY CHARGE WERE ADDED. but the restaurant gets 1 star for a reallyLOUSY sandwich. I orderED "A WRECK" with beef, ham, turkey, salami, i added cheddar cheese, onions, lettuce, pickle (badchoice), ital. dressing, MAYO. and it was indeed a WRECK. Meat and cheese SPARSE, ONE very THIN slice of each.. Onion waswilted and so was the tomato, lettuce was BROWN and wilted. Edges of beef and turkey were brown, hard, curled. OLD, in otherwords. Meat and cheese slices were the thinnest possible, from a a slicer I think. Temp 100 today, sandwich should have been ONan ICE PACK. the bread was soggy and warm. this sandwich was truly A WRECK. i wont eat the second half, i dont want to getsick. If management cares at all, someone should come and SEE the thing that was delivered to me. And I'm sorry about this,the place has a lot of good reviews, and I love subs, so i was REALLY anticipating and EXCELLENT SANDWICH! NOT worth it, and iwont order from this place again. Mrs. J. If you?re looking for a quick sandwich to go you just can?t beat Potbelly Sandwiches. They are having variety of sandwiches like... smoked ham, roast beef, turkey breast , grilled chicken and tuna salad.. Undoubtedly one of the best in town.. Though most ofthe time I pick it as ?to go? but I really love their places, which give some vintage America vibes.. Those who are yet to try Iwould say go and try it I am sure you would love it ???? Being from out-of-town, I found the name unique so I gave it a try. I found this locatiion's decor homely and cool. I look at... the menu and chose "A Wreck" ( Ham, Turkey Roast Beef, Salami & Cheese). Well, i explore more about how the friendly staffprepared my sandwich for the conveyor oven. Hmmm.... just like Quiznos. I had not had them in a super long time. Afterwatching my sandwich making its way out of the oven, I see the cheese is melted just right. Another item that I ordered was theMac 'n Cheese. May I say, that was very tasty similar to Chic Fil a. Unfortunately, the sandwich was not quite prepared withthe toppings that I requested. I had to go back in to rectify. The staff did accommodate my need to remake the sandwhich.andthey were lightning fast. The service was great with apologies in tow. All in all, I will give the staff 5 stars, but theestablishment a 4 stars rating. Unfortunately, there was no discount available for armed forces members or Veterans discount. I love potbelly sandwiches! My friend and I got one Mediterranean and one turkey Avacado. We split both and loved it. They were... both amazing but my favorite was the Mediterranean. 10/10 I'll be back! Read more

I drove 399 miles for this potbelly sandwich. I like to keep it really classic with just a turkey breast with swiss and all the... yummy additions. It was 100% worth the drive, they even gave me 3 cookies for making the journey :) Sad it?s not in LA, but willjust keep making the trip until they make their way out here! Read more
I was hoping for this place to have panini's but hot sandwiches weren't too far from that. I got the Mediterranean sandwich... with chicken. Their chicken is wack....it's slime chicken the cheap stuff so not impressed there. The toppings weren't thereeither it was a little weak and so it was better then subway but there are better spots like cheba hut and jersey mikes and evenfirehouse subs probably. If it was cheaper I wouldn't have had as high expectation and rated it better Read more
