I ordered a 3 chicken strip combo and was given one sauce ????. After I realized I had only one sauce, I was told I would have... to pay .75 cent another packet. What a horrible experience!!! As a delivery person, I will NEVER accept another order for this location!!! The employees were... great as they stared into the chasm that their "manager" pushed them into!! They were prepared to close because of the nextshift not showing up.. They basically ended their nights and closed up shop. They called their "manager" and let them know thecurrent situation. The "manager" told them they were not allowed to leave.. so while juggling and ENDLESS stream of orders,these employees busted their tails to put the store back together and try to get the orders fulfilled!! There were 3-4 womenthere doing EVERYTHING in their power not to walk off the job.. Can you guess who wasn't there.. THE "MANAGER" I should havecalled corporate or your franchise owner.. I went to Ralley?s around 10pm last night. When I drove up. All of the employees were outside. The walked in and I ordered. ... The lady at the window was rude. I went home and the food looked like they threw it together. There was little Brit of cheeseand Mayo. I went back today around 1:00 pm. There was an employee outside. I asked for a manager. She stated rudely to goto the drive up. I drove up and asked for a manager. A girl said she was the manager. I told her my complaint and she thencalled another girl who said she was a manager. She said I can. It get the food remade or get a refund. She was yelling atme, she then took my receipt I told her I?ll never go back and the laughed and slammed the door and walked away. This socalled manager dos not need to be working there and I am very disappointed in Rally?s. Don?t ever go here. Rally?s needs tofire all of the employees and start fresh. Read more

I never tried the burgers but the chicken has no seasoning. So bland. It's really close to my night shift job so it's convenient... but the last time I went there they forgot to give me my soda and I couldn't go back due to being on my lunch break. I won't goback. Read more

It boggles the mind how a thick accented employee can't read a simple coupon. The coupon CLEARLY states "FREE 3pc chicken... tenders with purchased large fries" in small fne print, so the total amount should come up to $4 and some change, where the heckshe get $9 from. Turns out she was trying to charge me the tenders combo. It was so annoying that I just left. Read more
