The driver put my food on the ground and never rang the bell. 1st and foremost, they put my food on the ground so any kind of... insect could have a feast...why would that happen, you ask? 2nd THEY DIDN'T RING THE BELL!! That's how. My food was colderthan it should have been and had a few ants on it!!! So gross. As always, Rosati's comes thru with no only a delicious, scrumptious deep dish pizza, but an amazingly tasty GF version as well.... It's our go-to pizza place with the best Chicago style pizza in the valley. Read more

I have been going to this location for about 20 years and tonight was the absolutely worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a... sausage pizza and what I got was a cheese pizza with about 8 small pieces of sausage. Most of the slices had no sausage at all.The edges were missing about an inch of cheese, showing burnt edges and sauce. Same thing goes for the second pizza on theorder. Our order was more than $60.00 and this is what they are serving now. One other thing. The young boy with glasses whoworks the front counter, what is his problem? He has a very bad attitude and is absolutely terrible at customer service, heneeds to find another job. I have always considered Rosati's Pizza to be one of the best pizza restaurants, but that appears tobe changing. To Rosati's management, you have always had a good thing going, do not ruin it. We ordered the largest deep dish pizza offered with sausage. This was my last of many tries over the past few years to get a... decent deep dish pizza from this location. This was the original Rosati's Pizza to open in Arizona, maybe 30 years ago? Theyused to be really good for both thin and deep dish, but ownership changed a few years ago and they must have lost the secretrecipe. Ever since the change we have not ever had a decent deep dish pizza. The one we got this time was just a giant mouthfulof bread. This review is just on the deep dish. I might still order the thin crust, but would really like to see new managementthat actually cares about their product. So maybe I won't give then any more of my business. Especially now than we have a LouMalnati's in Chandler, there really is no reason for me to go back here. This location is much more convenient for me, but ifI'm dropping $70+ on pizza I won't mind a 10 minute longer drive. Read more
The pizza was raw on the bottom. It almost looked like there was no crust because it was so weighed down by cheese. It was so... soggy that the cardboard beneath it fell apart and got into the pizza. The meatballs didn't come with sauce. They were dry andflavorless. Beyond disappointed, and definitely not worth $70! Read more
