When I lived in Texas, Schlotzsky's was a common spot to hangout and eat, chat, even discussions over a super nice sandwich. ... This location is very spacious with plenty of parking. Same menu of course like any other Schlotsky's. Depending on the timeof the year you could enjoy the outside patio. With booths or tables to choose from, you shouldn't have a problem with a biggroup or just a solo visit. Food was fresh and prices are about standard for a sandwich ???? ???? spot. Happy heating. PS. You will need a code for the restroom and if the music ???? ???? is too loud, just ask nicely and they will turn it down or off. Read more
Reading through some of the comments, I'm kinda saddened by them. I worked at this specific Schlotzsky's location for like 3 yrs... on and off, starting back in 1999 I believe, since before the building where it now sits was constructed; and it was definitelythe best work experience of my life. From the manager at the time (Debra Manzanares) to my co-workers and the atmosphere, it wasall great. Not to mention the food...so yummy, I still miss it all! At the time we rarely received any complaints fromcustomers, regarding customer service or their food. I was both a cashier (dine-in and drive thru) and a sandwich maker. Seeingso many complains now it's kinda heart wrenching cuz that store has a special place in my heart. Hopefully this Margie I keepreading about steps up her game and runs that store the way it should. If i could go back and work there, I would in aheartbeat. Read more
One of my all time favorite place to grab quick bite at work. It was my first visit after Covid and I didn?t notice much change.... Almost everything was the same - I love their sandwiches and bread options. What I like the most is the option to pick small ormedium bread size. So if you?re starving, medium works great and if you prefer light, small is the best. They provide excellentcustomer service. What a pleasing team! Keep up the good work! Read more
Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and professional. She repeated my order back to me to make sure she had it... right, then told me I could pull up the the window. After I was done with the transaction, she smiled and said, ? Have a niceday!?. The food was delicious. Read more
Horrible customer service. They gave me an incomplete order. Didn?t find out until I had reached my destination. I called to let... them know and I was told I can come back to pick up just the part that was missing. My complaint is that this isn?t a mistake Imade, therefor I should be compensated in some way for having to come back to have their mistake corrected. I tried to give thislocation another chance. I came back. Placed my order. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. While multiple customers came inand out with their orders. I spoke with a manager name Erica. I asked about corporate phone number. She said it?s on thereceipt. I check the receipt. No number. Then she tells me it?s on the website. It was like pulling teeth out just to getcorporate number. I will be contacting them as well. As I shouldn?t be treated like this as a paying customer. Been goin to this Schlotzsky's for 20+ years, definitely recommend! Love their bread, ham, & garlic butter! So yummy. Used to go... here all the time for lunch when I worked in the area, but all my recent visits have been through the drive thru. They haveoutdoor seating which I'm sure will be filled when the weather is cooler. Even when they get my bread wrong, it's still adelicious sandwich. Look I've been di ing at the country club location in mesa since it opened. That location has never missed the mark. I've been... to this location on priest and southern 2 times in 28 years. Both were misses. The bread is hard, the meat is dry, and thevegetables are old and off. It's like they aren't even the same company.
