Worst Starbucks you can possibly go to. I already disliked this Starbucks but I decided to go to this one because it?s the... closest one to home but next time I?ll drive to the one on Baseline where they actually have good customer service. I placed anorder online to pick up in the drive thru as I was not in the mood to get off. As I waited in their long line by the time it wasmy turn to enter the drive thru a worker puts a sign in front of me stating the drive thru is closed and comes up and tells methat I have to go inside to order. I informed her I had already placed my order and I was just picking it up and she just said?sorry? and continued walking away. I had to get off my car and was waiting for them to make one of my drinks. I was seeingevery one get their drinks and after 15 minutes finally decided to ask about my drink and they now decide to tell me it was soldout. By the time I got my full order my food was cold. Went thru the drive thru..very fast food was prepared perfectly i have no complaints..keep up the great work..
This is a very busy Starbucks locations along the southern side of Broadway, just off of I-10. The store hours are broader than... most locations I've seen, a 3:30am start most days, though when I was in on Labor Day weekend, their hours were reduced.
