Worst Starbucks you can possibly go to. I already disliked this Starbucks but I decided to go to this one because it?s the... closest one to home but next time I?ll drive to the one on Baseline where they actually have good customer service. I placed anorder online to pick up in the drive thru as I was not in the mood to get off. As I waited in their long line by the time it wasmy turn to enter the drive thru a worker puts a sign in front of me stating the drive thru is closed and comes up and tells methat I have to go inside to order. I informed her I had already placed my order and I was just picking it up and she just said?sorry? and continued walking away. I had to get off my car and was waiting for them to make one of my drinks. I was seeingevery one get their drinks and after 15 minutes finally decided to ask about my drink and they now decide to tell me it was soldout. By the time I got my full order my food was cold. This is a very busy Starbucks locations along the southern side of Broadway, just off of I-10. The store hours are broader than... most locations I've seen, a 3:30am start most days, though when I was in on Labor Day weekend, their hours were reduced. This has been my morning go to for a couple months now. I'm not one to post reviews, but I feel like it's important to say that... this place is awful when it comes to customer service. Some of the morning crew are rude, and give attitude when ive asked themabout minor things. I get the morning shift is tough, but I've been a barista before. Good quality coffee. I ordered salted cold brew. But I love americano rather than it.
Friendly staff open seating and welcoming vibe. A nice place to come sit and chat with coworkers or even loved ones. The floors... and tables are clean with gentle music playing. The music is loud but not so loud it is disturbing the peace. Pictures on thewall are nice as well with multiple including coffee beans or the coffee process. Lots of items to buy as well such as travelmugs and cups as well as snacks and trinkets. Drinks came out a little slow but that is the only complaint. Read more
