Love this Starbucks. All the Baristas are wonderful and so nice. Small but cozy.
Autumn was a fantastic barista, she went above and beyond in making my latte by giving me a sample of two different coffee... roasts after I asked for her suggestion and she had given it more thought and wanted me to be able to try both. She did not haveto do this and I didn't ask, she is clearly a very thoughtful person and wanted to provide the best experience. I also got up touse the restroom which you have to be let into by an employee and I didn't even have to wait, I turned around to go ask andanother employee was right behind me already ready to help and I am pretty sure there were only two of them working. Drive thru order, smoking in my truck..haven't even pulled up to the window.. voice comes over the speaker "um Starbucks is a... smoke free environment, you'll need to put that out." Lol ok lady.. you're slinging liquid crack for 6 bucks a cup, and mesmoking in the comfortable, air conditioned confines of my vehicle offends your delicate senses. Being the thoughtful individualthat I am, I promptly dropped my tar and nicotine filled cancer stick of delight right there on the ground and proceeded forwardto complete my transaction. As I'm paying, I look in my rearview and see a Starbucks employee come out, stomp out thecigarette, pick it up and put in the trash. Lol, priceless!! 5/4/22- I came in when the store wasn?t busy and the customer service wasn?t what I expected from Starbucks. I wasn?t greeted,... after a minute, finally someone said wait a moment, then the guy?s tone was very unenthusiastic and he talked in a very boringtone and he just said ?hello? then when my drink was ready, the woman rudely slid it across the counter after asking if I wasthat person. While waiting for my order, I witnessed other customers entering the store being greeted with very friendly andenthusiastic tones from the guy that took my order and they were greeted with, ?Hello, how are you, how can I help you!?andtheir drinks being handed to them and worker saying, ? have a great day!? I love how Starbucks decides to close at 2pm on a random Tuesday. Gotta love how they don?t care about inconveniencing their... customers. Some businesses actually stay open to take care of customers during what are their normal business hours. NotStarbucks though? I wouldn?t complain if this were the first time, but opening late and closing early is commonplace. Love theproducts hate the way they run. Read more

I stopped by here to pick up a Peppermint Hot Cocoa before heading to visit the Hall of Flame Museum. Although they were busy,... they were fast, friendly, and got my order out lickety split!
