worst Starbucks ever!!! I am a student and I always study at this Starbucks location. I always purchase something but today I... did not feel like purchasing anything. I was studying and one of the barista came up to me and said either I purchase somethingor I must leave the store immediately. I was shocked because I was in the middle of taking a quiz . The barista told me that itwas the store's "new policy". I was confused and I looked up Starbucks policy right away. The policy stated "Under the newcompanywide policy, people who come to Starbucks locations without buying anything are considered customers and can stay". Iasked to speak to the manager. The manager said the same thing to me. I am so frustrated right now. I have no idea where theyare getting their information from. I have seen multiple people sitting inside all day and not purchase anything. I feeldiscriminated against as I am a black muslim woman with a headscarf. I felt humiliated because everyone was looking at me. Thisshould not be allowed at all!!!! Read more
Let me start off by saying, I am not a coffee drinker. I went to this location because it was convenient to study there. The... manager told me to leave because he stated ? you have to buy something to be here.? He could not provide a policy that statesthat. I rarely go to that location and I buy stuff. The baristas were very friendly, the service was fast even with the busy drive thru, and it tasted delicious! Its also very... pretty, and the staff must have put a lot of effort into painting the chalk boards! It?s also in a great area, Emerald Center,where there are a lot of other big stores and places. My 1st time at this location and the costumer service here was great. Hanna welcomed us in and asked us what we wanted to... order my husband did not know what new drink to try so she mentioned if he didn?t like the drink she would request a new onefor him the drink of his choice. It was clean and they were ready to close this location closes at 10 pm ! Read more
This is an amazing beautiful Starbucks. It is located on Emerald Dr off of I-10 freeway in Tempe. You must come visit this... awesome Starbucks. It is very spacious, vaulted ceilings, lots of room to work on your laptop or just relax in the oversizecomfy chairs. I highly recommend you coming to get a delicious coffee. Read more
