I used to always get the veggie power bowl, but stopped several weeks ago. The rice is rock hard and old. I am now getting my... salads at Wendy's. They will continue to lose customers if they can't provide edible food items. I understand this is a fastfood place, but come on. Stop serving customers days old food! I've tried other Taco Bell restaurants, and several seem to havethis issue with hard, hard to eat rice. Smh Read more
Counter and drive thru delays are UNBELIEVABLE, especially at night. Tonight (8:30 p.7/10/22) I was stuck at the order window... for over 9 mins before anyone would answer (managers check your security footage of the drive thru) 1 or 2 cars got out of linebehind me to eat elsewhere. To add insult to injury my entire order was wrong (a cheesy double beef burrito and a large dietcoke, both items wrong!) Already turned in a survey with my receipt although doing so does nothing (not my first time reportingthis kind of short coming either this particular taco bell. The worse store to order pickup at this store. Quantity is REALLY A BIG JOKE! Also cannot forget to mention that you will need... to wait additional 10 minutes even if your Grubhub App says Ready for pickup. Another BUMMER, asked them to replace Beef withBeans and this what I got (see 4th photo). I don?t eat Meat and this TacoBell location forced me to eat Beef. Read more
