Consistency is the only issue that I can find at WaBa grill. I have eaten there four times this week since I'm staying in the... hotel across the street. I'm on a strict diet and their food meets the requirements of that diet, so it's been good for me tohave it right across the street. The people there are very nice. The issue is that one day my rice bowl with chicken and veggiesis full to the brim and the next day it's about half full. Also the bowls with the sealable lid are very difficult to open andI've cut my thumb on it twice now even though the second time I was being very careful. I guess it's good if you're taking ithome and you don't want the bowl to leak in your bag. But if you want to open it and eat your food you need to have gauntletgloves from a suit of armor on to avoid being injured. The price seems high for what you get, even acknowledging Bidenflation.Good taste, just not consistently high quality ingredients either. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would after me and the wife arrived for dinner around 8 and placed our order with just one person... waiting before us to end up leaving at 9 pm without our food no refund nor any help till tomorrow because they didn't know howto fulfill the return all this because they failed to pay attention and forgot our order completely when they realized we hadalready waited half an hour and not one employee addressed the situation that our food would be late. Then a gentlemen walks into order food but requested that his container be used for some reason they accommodating him and his order was out next that iswhen we requested a refund and they weren't able to do that now we had to make it home because we can't afford to pay for dinnertwice in one night. Everything sold here is tasty and healthy. they even have Sobe on tap. Kind customer service. my meal was ready in 3 minutes.... restroom clean as well as the dining area. Totally recommend! my new favorite! Read more
Omg if you feel like eating uncooked rice just go there . I spent $17 for a bowl of jumbo shrimp with steak , rice was so... uncooked that I couldn't eat it , I called them and explained the lady told me to go back and she will give me another bowland she apologized. Took the bowl to my hotel room and rice was still not cooked , wondering if she just gave me same ricefrom the same uncooked one . Read more
My first experience with this establishment less than satisfying. I wouldn?t even give 1star if I didn?t have to to be able to... leave this review. I can?t say one good thing about any of the food I ordered not to mention the Spicy Asian salad came as justmixed greens and tofu. Missing pretty much all but one ingredient. If you don?t have what you need to make something on yourmenu then don?t advertise it for sale. My rice was cold and undercooked. The tofu was sad. Everything about these meals wereawful. Great for delivery and I just love!! The salad. Overall is clean and comfortable, fast and easy. Just not sure that have they... give me the extra white meat that I added. Furthermore, as an Asian, they should give me a spoon or a chopstick instead of 2forks! Read more
Last time I was at a WaBa Grill was when I was living in CA. So I was looking forward to returning to one, and this location did... not disappoint. Friendly staff, and still yummy food. The sauce is the main reason to go, as it's a good combo of sweet but notto sweet, alongside being savory. Not to thin, not to thick. Kinda wish I had a location closer to Gilbert. Read more
