Waited in drive thru 30 minutes to get half made sandwich no lettuce, tomato or onions on the big bacon classic and half a cup... of chili asked for cheese & onions didn't receive along with no crackers or chili oil packets which is what makes the chiligood...worse drive-thru experience! Read more

If I had the ability to give this location 0 stars I would, I have never been treated so badly at a Wendy's before Blake should... not be a manager let alone even an employee Steve the general manager is no better which would explain his employees behaviorcalled the corporate office to inform them of there behavior and nothing was done it's such a shame that there is no such thingas customer service at this store as a matter of fact it's just straight cruelty And rudeness so sad Read more

The restaurant was clean and quiet. The food was excellent. Great temperature inside despite the harsh Arizona... heat. Unfortunately, my order was forgotten but the employee aplogized and fixed the situation. Read more

Poor customer service. Arrived at 6:24am through drive through. The location refused to take my order although I waited. After... 6:30am I was told that all of their systems were down. The drive thru individual eventually said he would take cash but thenwalked off closing the window.never asking if I had cash. I waited almost a half hour - still no one came back to the window oreven spoke to me. I wasn?t upset or irate. I was patient and waited quietly. Still there was no offer of water while I waited,no estimated time for when they would open, And again still no one asked if I had cash to pay or offer to take my order. Nothing. Rudeness is never okay and I will not be returning to this Wendy?s- clearly they pick and choose who they serve and donot value their customers. Read more

Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the area. Not because of the food, but because of the people working. The girls are... all rude. I'm not even talking about customer service skills, because it is non-existant, they have no social skill. The twoguys and the two girls were joking and laughing, even when they messed up our order. Especially the girl with blonde hair andthe bull ring in her nose. They all had their phones in their hands, it was completely unprofessional. I'm surprised theyhaven't had a health code violation. I will drive the extra 10 min to another store. This owner must not be making money, or notknow how because this place is a joke. Read more

When wendy's first released the baconator it was CRISSCROSSED BACON...since then even the chicken i used to get was a nice thick... piece. When i questioned the manager he insisted " thats the way we make them." Anyway.. Overpriced. Even the four 4 four or 5for five deal, is suddenly gross. Like very low quality.. Every other sandwich approaches $8 min...still gross. Read more

This was by far the worst fast food restaurant I have been to. Online it says you close at 1am. I show up at 12:40 and you are... closed and the drive thru attendant was extremely rude and kept cutting me off saying have a nice night we closed we closed andthen even raised her voice and got rude with me saying she is closed. I don?t know what type of establishment you are runninghere but they need to close this one down and just keep the one on Elliot.
