Love Wildflower! It's sooo good. Today I tried the almond tuna sandwhich with the cauliflower masala soup ????. Everything was... really good. The should tastes like masala, and it doesn't have the bitter taste of the cauliflower. It's more like a broth, butit has small cauliflower chunks along with other veggies. It was nice and hot. I ordered 1/2 BLT and Broccoli Cheddar Soup to go and had an iced tea while waiting. Thea was the cashier and very personable... and I appreciated that she made sure I found my order. The prices are extremely reasonable and the place is clean and next doorto a really cool bookstore called Changing Hands. I was told a 1/2 hour wait, but it was only about 20 minutes during lunch. I am so disappointed with the experience and quality of the service provided by this location. The last time they messed up my... order I asked them to fix it and they gave me attitude and said I ordered the wrong thing when on the receipt It had the way Iordered it with the cashier. I also waited 15 minutes for my coffee while the female manager and her cooks were gossiping aboutunnecessary stuff! This time I went in today. No one says hello I got ignored by the big male manager. My order was alsoincorrect this time and they also gave me one piece of chicken on my Buffalo sandwich! Unacceptable! They forgot my sauce and Iasked for it when it should have already been in the bag! I tip this location 25% every single time you?d think they?d take careof their customers. Idk what is wrong with the training at this location but something needs to be fixed. Stop hiring justanyone. Hire people who can actually do their job, make orders CORRECT, and provide excellent customer service without beingnegative and annoyed.
