They are having their Grand re-opening! They are now under new management and there were definitely changes and it was very... noticeable! The service was great and our food came out fast and was wonderful. We met the new owners and they were so nice andvery excited about their restaurant's potential here in Temple Ga! Slow service 13 min for a Cajun biscuit. Also very unprofessional and violating health code wit no hair nets or hats in kitchen.... Hair so tasty. It has been 5 days since I went to Bojangles and left this review I also emailed customer support and called thestore trying to reach the General or area managers. I still haven't heard from anyone. So it's not just this store but alsoupper management. With so many restaurants going out of business with service like this it's amazing Bojangles isn't one ofthem. I have a feeling it's coming. Food tastes good. The only problem was everything I tried to order they were out of,the kids running the place didn't have a... clue. My order was totally screwed up. Food missing from my drive thru order. Even had the wrong drink. And worst, they lookedlost trying to figure out what to do about it. I don't recommend this place at all. It's always a bad experience whenever we stop here. They consistently short us on our food. We were asked to pull up and wait... for the tenders which was fine for fresh food but we waited 10 mins only to be served cold mixed spicy and non spicy tenders. Mydaughter's kids meal had 2 spicy tenders and my box was missing 2 tenders. I tried calling the store as usual but the listednumber always says it's disconnected. Why are you closed at 8pm? Lost a customer here, and I won't come back because of it. Plenty of time in the day, and plenty of... workers in the store. Just tape off the lobby and mention you aren't serving the lobby due to cleaning. Lame Read more
This place wasn?t busy when I arrived & the chicken I received had been sitting for awhile.. I gt an 8pc box.. HIGHLY... disappointed. Really wish Temple had more restaurants to choose from. My biscuits was fresh but again chicken was sitting forawhile & I could tell. If I ever go here again & if you choose to eat here PLEASE take the time to look/check your food beforedrive home.
