I have ordered delivery twice and both times had major issues and both times the order was not correct and i tried to call but... no one answers the phone so have to waste gas money to go and figure out what went wrong. The 1st time they didn't have enoughcrust to make Deep dish pizza even though the site allowed me to order it and instead made regular pizzas which were cheaper andthought that was ok without any notification. The 2nd time I ordered pizza and 2 orders of wings the pizza was correct but thewings didn't even show up and the doordash driver didn't even speak English which didn't help so i had to drive into the storeagain wasting gas money only to find out they were all out of wings and thought they would replace that with one order of crazybread which which is much cheaper than 2 orders of wings and i didnt even recieve them anyway!! I was livid. The refundprocess seemed so difficult and hard for them to figure out so I agreed to a negotiation of them making a stuffed crust pizzawith half ham and half sausage to offset the cost and 10 minutes later I am told they are all out of sausage!! There was only one employee doing everything in the place. The location was dirty looking. There was no menu to look at, tvs... hanging behind the counter where pricing normally would be viewed were off. Sign in window says 4pm-8pm pizza hot n ready. I wasthere at 6pm and nothing was made nor hot nor ready. Waited 20 min for my food. Read more
Gave this place a try again after having 50/50 luck of getting a good pizza. This was my final try. The employees there never... care about the product they make. Read more
We ordered a pizza online around 8:45ish. The receipt said it would be ready by 9:06 my husband arrives and they are closed! The... website said they close at 10 p.m. The workers said that they could not give us a refund and they could not give us a refund andwe would have to contact the manager. We went back the next day to take care of the refund. The worker claims she is texting hermanager after 45 minutes of waiting we come to find out she never called, or texted her manager and refused to provide us withany customer service number. On top of everything else she had her 5 year old daughter in the back with her making pizzas! Theworst service ever! Read more

Placed my order around 5:30 pm and it said I could pick it up between 5:55pm and 6:01pm. I waited until 6:05 to go in however... the order was still not ready. There were a few more people in the store waiting ad well and none of their orders were readyeither. Two of the people told me that they had been waiting for a while. Unfortunately delayed and incorrect orders were thetheme of the evening. My name popped up on the pickup portal after about 10 minutes, unfortunately when I opened it to get myfood, it included only one of my pizzas. I noticed the cashier that I was missing a pizza and two orders of crazy bread, and wastold they were both cooking. About 15 minutes later my crazy bread came out but I was still missing the other pizza. At thispoint my other pizza was getting cold. After reminding them two more times that I was missing a pizza, it finally came out 20minutes after my crazy bread and 45 minutes after my first pizza. I live about 5 mins away, when I got home my first pizza wasstone cold. My entire order of crazy bread was also burnt and inedible. I will not return to this location. Read more
The pizza was great. But but the young kids going to the back to smoke pot while customers are inside and having drug sales... being done beside the business kind of ruins the muhlenburg area. But I ignored it what can I expect things are happening inreading and coming further and further over But to put the topping on the cake What really made me give it 2 stars is the factthat they were eating wings in the back and when I ordered wings they sat there and said they didn't have any but you had guysin the back Eating wings that's kind of messed up so yeah 2 stars Read more
