This is yet another 1 star review for this location.... maybe it's time to close? Can the employees learn some people skills? No... "Hi, Thank you for coming to McDonald's! May I take your order?" Instead we get "what can I get you?" In a bored tone. Then weask if they have Hot Chocolate. We get "we have nothing hot right now". My Husband said "oh. Ok. Thank you." And we're met withsilence on the other end. No "sorry about that.". What the heck! You work with the public. Get some people skills. Such a turnoff to want to support this particular business. We don't buy McDonald's often at all but if we do again, it will NOT be fromthis location. Read more
My go to McDonald's in the area. Its the best one. They are quick and its fresh. Friendly staff. Sometimes maybe a 1 to 2min... wait when its busy but its never too bad. Read more
Look McDonald's experience varies by time and location. Let's be honest occasionally you will have a bad experience it's... inevitable. Some are just a total ???? show. I can say THIS one is the fastest and once in a while they do forget my soda butoverall they are BEST around here. So if I want McD's I go to Temple! Read more

Actually no stats! Young lady giving out food enjoyed lovely conversation with the customer 3 cars in front of me which held up... the line for a long time! When I said it took too long she told me that she couldn't cut her conversation short since thatwould be rude! So much for customer service and respect of other customers! Sorry I interrupted her conversation freedom. Ithought she was working for a paycheck! I also thought she was supposed to be getting the food out quickly. Wasn' that what shewas getting paid for? Not a great location at all. Waited 20 minutes for a drive thru order of poorly prepared/unfresh food. The onions on our... burgers were sour, the burgers themselves pulverized, and the fries cold/stale. When you wait nearly as long as you would at asit down joint and they charge you just about as much for trash in a bag, you're better off going elsewhere. Read more
Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Me and my girlfriend come here every week in the morning for a little treat. The food is... always fresh and hot and the frappes are the best I've ever had. The people in the drive thru are also always so nice and reallyreally fast. Read more
Terrible customer service, and they always shut certain foods down an hour or two earlier than closing. How do you shut down... your only specialty burger at 10 when u close at 12? Thank God for Leesport Mcdonalds. Read more
