Worst experience at a higher profile subway. First with three people standinf by the register, no one said a word just avoided... eye contact. Finally a girl I assume was on break came out of the back and had an attitude helping us to which she didntaccurately make our order or even cut the chicken in the sad salad she made. Meanwhile one of the girls finally said I can ringyou up as Im telling the first girl what I want on my sandwhich. The whole shift seemed like a bunch of clowns. Veryunsatisfied visit. Read more
terrible customer services. when we order thru the app it said our card was declined but the order went thru when we tried to... get in touch w the manager she took over a week to get back to us and didn?t want to refund us for two foot longs, when she gotin touched she started raising her voice over the phone with my mom i could hear her from the room next door. she didn?t eventry to help the situation she was just dismissive ab the whole thing. overall terrible customer services doesn?t even deserveone star lol Read more
I only gave a 3 star rating because of my preferences. I don't find anything wrong with Subway but it's not my taste, however I... do like how they prepare a sandwich and if more places used Subways style of making a sandwich than there'd be less mistakes. Read more
I ordered a BMT with extra vegetables. It was fresh and as I ordered. I would've giving 5 star but the customer service was not... too good at first. Then a different employee took over making my sandwiches. Her name was Rachel EXCELLENT customer service andvery accommodating. Read more
Almost every experience here has been displeasing. And maybe it's just me, but it seems they favor people of color more than us... white people. I've had many orders messed up and given dirty looks for what I'm ordering. It's a simple order, so attitude isnever necessary. If it wasn't for the convenient location I wouldn't come here at all. Went last night to get the buy one get one free sandwich. It was 10 minutes until close and the staff was rude and... disrespectfull. The gentleman in front of me got 2 sandwiches as well and while they were making them the Manager came aroundand was giving a dollar to all the employees. He just stuck one in the gentlemans hand that was making the sandwich(mind youmoney is very dirty). Then, three more customers tried coming in they rudely starting we're closed , we're closed! People werevery taken aback by there rudeness and even the Manger was shoeing people away saying everyone's too tired and they want to gohome. I've been in customer service for 2 years and would never, ever treat customers the way they did. That will be my lasttime going to that subway, and I'm sure as well as many others. The Manager at the Subway inside of Super Walmart is a Super Bi@$!. She was very rude! Rushed my grandsons to order and hurt my... grandsons feelings. Horrible! Everyone was complaining about her! The rest of the staff was not friendly, didn't even say canI help you or have a good day! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
