Wife and I had pretzel, fish and chips, and chicken friend steak. Pretzel was not that great, so we will get a different... appetizer. The fish and chips were spot on. Fish was tender and flaky and fries were great. Chicken fried steak was good, onlycritique would be to have more gravy. Meal did take a little bit longer to get out but was good. First time here and the last. Service was super super slow. Server didn?t know if they had all the ingredients for multiple... things. Told me she couldn?t make the drink I wanted. But then came back and said she did have all the ingredients. Which allthis took about 20 mins, not to get my drink but just to place my drink order. Thought we were going to enjoy lunch at a relaxeddraft house. Logo is green and friendly, walked in and everything was dark and black. No green inside whatsoever but the logo isgreen? Seemed like this place doesn?t know their identity. Literally all the TVs were off. Seemed more like a upscalewing/burger/bar then a relaxed setting. Prices did not match the food. Spinach dip had sooo much garlic in it. Each bite wasbiting into a garlic clove. My blt club was not good. Bacon had a good flavor but was black and over cooked. So certain bitesjust tasted burnt. Will not be returning. For lunch it was over $70. Price doesn?t matter as long as the service and food makesthe price. Ate here w/ my husband for dinner on a Saturday night and had a great experience. We were seated right away and drinks and... dinner came out quick. Both of us ordered the fish and chips. It was a nice portion for the price ($18). They serve yourstandard gastropub fair with a large selection of beers on tap. I would recommend for lunch or dinner. Read more
I've heard nothing but great things about this place, so we decided at the last minute to give it a try. GREAT DECISION!!! If... you're tired of the chain restaurants with the same old menu 3West is a must try. Started with mussels and deviled eggs. Thesauce the mussels were cooked in was amazing, highly recommended. My wife loved the deviled eggs, they has a slight touch ofheat at the end which was a nice surprise. For my main I had the pork chops. OMG!! Definitely in the top 3 I've ever had.Cooked perfectly, nice and juicy I could not get enough. There was a hidden gem on the plate, thinly sliced apple pieces. OnceI tasted the sauce the subtle but wonderful hint of the apples came front and center. I then found some under the chops, was awonderful sweet delight with each bite. My wife had the filet mignon. Was a beautiful Angus cut, cooked perfectly (med rare).It looked and tasted amazing. Treat yourself to something different but familiar at the same time. Great food is just a shortdrive up the road. Absolutely delicious! This is elevated bar dining at its best. 3West is the place with an excellent menu for multiple price... points that has burgers or fillet mignon! Check out the beer selection with over 30+ selections, the wine list or the cocktailsas well. You can watch the game and have a nice dinner at the same time!! Gonna start with the TLDR because this will be long: slow service, prices don?t match quality, poor organization. Went for... dinner and a beer on Thursday night, they were pretty busy but we were seated immediately. Our table was in a terrible spot,right in the middle of a main walkway, all the servers had to turn sideways to get passed us. There were other tables availablebut we decided to just keep our spot and see how it went. I had fish and chips. The fries were lukewarm but still edible. Onepiece of my fish was excellent, nice and flaky, but the other was soggy on the bottom but again, it was edible so I ate it andit was just OK. Wife had a burger, she said was ok but again the fries were just lukewarm. For the prices, the meal should havebeen better. I finished my first beer then tried to flag down our waitress for another. Took a while but her tables were prettyspread out so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and gave her a good tip anyway. Now back to the table, my wife had a perfectview all the way back to the kitchen and saw a waitress bringing if our someone?s order when one of the managers (I assume hewas a manager) reached over and grabbed some of the fries off the tray and ate them. Went for our anniversary dinner but it was terrible. Our waitress was very slow and unorganized. It took 45 minutes to get our... food and she brought mine out first and said it was just sitting back there. My husband dish came out about 4 minutes later. Ibit into my burger and it was very rare.
