Nice variety of items to eat from appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, shrimp and grits and more. I thought I was ordering a... burger with fried green tomatoes but it was a fried green tomato sandwich (BLT). Not what I was expecting but very food andbig, I had to eat with knife and fork because it was so big. Easily enough for two people if you get fries. Very nice setting. Friendly staff. Food was on point and fresh. Glad they shop local. Fries were amazing. Tried the queso... burger. So overloaded I used all the stuff that fell out of the burger and mixed it with the fries. A little pricey but localproduct. Read more
When we scored front row parking I knew it was meant to be. The food was amazing! Holy Beignets! Just order them?. And when... you?re like ?hmmm should I get 3 or a dozen???? - just order the dozen. You can thank me later. Service was great. Drinksstayed full, smiles were everywhere, the kitchen was quick and accurate. What a find! The best fried green tomatoes I have ever had. You know as soon as you walk in the burgers are the real deal! We have heard how great Bird Creek Burger Company was from our daughters. Since we were in Temple to visit our daughter, we... decided to see if it was a good as they said. We had a great waitress named Rae who quickly waited on us, kept our drinks full,and checked on us often. I had the Chicken and Waffles while my wife had the Benedict Cumberhash. My wife said it was one of thebest she's ever had and mine wasn't bad either. Definitely will go back next time we're in town. Read more
Went in at about 11:20 this Sunday, they were getting hit pretty good, loved watching a kitchen flow so smoothly under stress... while running a lunch and brunch menu. Food was incredible, girlfriend and I loved it. We are from the DFW area and are alreadytrying to make plans to come back! Service was attentive, host and 2 servers kept up with us and made sure everything wasfine. All in all, one of the best burgers I've ever had and if I lived closer I'd be an every day regular. This place was ???????????? I would come back here for the food anytime. Food was delicious. Drinks were good. Fries were to... die for. Definitely a family friendly/hipster atmosphere. The only downside to eating here is you will smell likeburgers/grease all day. The ventilation in the restaurant isn't that good. You can see the cooking steam when you walk in. Iwould highly recommend the food here to anyone. They also have home grown vegetables and herbs out front of the restaurant! Read more
Traveling and found by Google search. Hands down, the best food we've had on our 5-day trip---and we just left Austin. The goat... cheese on the salad---yum! The Fried Green BLT, the Juicy Lucille, and the Garlic Parmesan Fries--- oh, my! Amazing! We need anexcuse to travel this way again. Read more
