Car hops were friendly , but I don?t know what the big fuzz about this place is. Tenders were paler than a ghost on a haunt, no... flavor whatsoever, the gravy was bleh , and the fries were dry and even more bleh. I guess the sweet tea was the only tastefulthing. I wish I could give zero stars. The management at this place is terrible. They have left off my coleslaw the Last 5 times I have... driven thru. I asked the GM to have someone drive the 2 miles to my house to bring it and they said absolutely not. This placeis so disorganized, it's terrible. Never go there again. I used to live right next to this location and frequented often. Live on the other side of town now but decided to stop in for... dinner during work. The standards have gone down tremendously. Customer service is not great, very short and curt. I tried toorder the gizzard meal, but was told they were out at the moment, not a big deal just didn't have time to wait for fresh ones.The fries were not seasoned at all, and the tenders I got were all on the small side. It felt like a kids portion. I had alsoasked for some extra condiments that I never received. The only redeeming quality for this meal was that it was at least hot. Horrible customer service on every level. Today I placed an order and handed an employee my credit card. And never seen him... again. Waited about twenty five minutes as everyone who pulled up behind me got their orders and left. I had to call the storeand ask for either my food or my credit card via phone. They sent out someone totally different and said they gave my creditcard to someone else and they were going to attempt to Google/Facebook/social media this person and get my card back. I asked tospeak to a manager and that lady was absolutely terrible. No remorse or admittance of any sort. She told me to just leave, I wasobstructing other customers. I then asked for the owner or a corporate number. She gave me the number to a child who said thishas happened before and it?s just a mistake, not to worry about it. The manager whose information I was given, refused to giveme any number or email higher than his own. So I called the police. They dispatched an amazing officer who sadly told me thislocation has actually given him someone else?s card before. Clearly, this location needs a system overhaul, and an owner thatwill actually post their information should you have an issue. Management shouldn?t drag there knuckles at these systemicissues. Keep in mind, this is the same location that cannot accept cash tips due to an unspecified employee scandal. Absolute$h!t show at the Adams Ave Bush?s in Temple Texas every-time. Quick fast friendly service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted. So fast the gentleman walked away while I was requesting for... some sauce packets and seasoning. Food was hot and fresh but sadly no packets were given for sauce or seasoning. Verydisappointed too because I had someone out of town that?s never had Bush?s before so I was trying to give them a fullexperience. Fast, friendly service, juicy, tender chicken strips, and light, fluffy, fresh rolls! I recommend Bush's baby sauce as well. I... tried the corn nuggets for the first time, since I am a fan of all things fried, and the creamed corn inside of the crisp,battered shell was surprisingly satisfying. Never had a bad experience until a few weeks ago. My Family and I were looking to go into the lobby and there was a lady by the... front door, she motioned to us saying the lobby was closed. We looked online prior and it said closes at 9, but we got therearound 8. I don't understand why they would close an hour early? Read more
