Went to get a couple burritos after I have been wanting Chipotle for over a week. Got there a hour before they were to close,... Was told they didn't have chips, guacamole and other items which was ok. I got home with my food and was so grossed our when thelettuce was slimey and brown. The meat was dry and I could tell it had been left out way to long, the rice was crunchy andtortilla was even hard. The burritos had that "spoiled" sour taste and made me sick to my stomach. Placed my order online for 4:20pm, picked it up took home noticed the time/sticker on this order was from a 10am order. I hate doing bad reviews but today was pretty much last straw for us. On numerous occasions we have come in and they have had... nothing to serve or were out of almost everything. We had already waited for rice to be refilled then felt obligated to pick ameat that we would not have normally chosen because they literally had 2 meats available which looked like it had been sittingfor some time. Came here tonight and they were literally out of everything except chicken, steak and rice. So disappointing! And on top of... everything they still charged full price for the blandest meal I have ever paid for. Online orders were getting priority withthe ?available? toppings/ingredients.
