Positive: Staff is very friendly. I come here often to stay in town for work. This hotel meets my basic needs of a clean... convenient location. This is not a new place but maintained and obvious efforts to keep it up. Does not smell old and bad.Negative: There was a cricket and a small gecko in the room, not a terrible thing. Positive: The location was good. Negative: The pillows did not have pillow cases on them and one of the pillows was gross... filthy. It was late when we checked in and I just wanted to get to bed. The smoke detector started chirping around 230. Bugsin the bathroom. Not bed bugs luckily. Read more
If I could put no stars I would. The management and employees here are unsympathetic and rude. We arrived a little after... check-in and they cancelled our reservations. Stating it was too late and they sold out. I explained the situation and they hadno cares. Although we had reserved for two nights. They stated that they were not going to refund the stay at all and sold ourroom to other people. He has no cares for family. Read more
Checking in felt kind of offensive being it was early evening & I had to do it through glass like I was a criminal. The pool had... water... green water. Very disappointed in owner of business. During the week the rates are very cheap for a working man . The owner was nice to get... his good reviews. When we checked in on Friday 8/24/22 it 75.00 . I asked for some help on price and he ignored me . We staythere once are twice a week in a group of 20 are more . These rooms are not worth it. The pillows suck . We have decided to takeour money elsewhere. Read more
Sam, the guy who checked me in was awesome and very accommodating. The room was nasty-bugs, very dated & in disrepair) right... next to bbq area complete with construction workers (one of which was kind of stalky). There were panties laying on the walkwayin the morning. No breakfast (I probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway). Why'd u stay, u ask. If I could give NEGATIVE stars believe me I would!! The room was dirty. I wiped down all the furniture and the alcohol wipes... were extremely dirty. I walked in my socks from the bed to the toilet and back, my socks were black. I reserved here becausethey had an outdoor pool, that was closed. It specifically states on the website that the pool is open during seasonal times.Then my TV made this horrific weird alarm sound at about midnight I immediately freaked out and turn the TV off and I couldn?tget the TV to work. I called the front office and they told me that it?s 1230 and That they were not going to come outside tocome and fix it. I am livid! Read more
