We have had bad experiences with Jack in the box in the past ranging anywhere from the food not living up to expectations,(we... have easy low expectations), to not getting the order right anytime we chose them as our destination for food. We decided togive them another chance this night and they did much better than previous experiences. The service was a little slow for fastfood drive through, but we are patient and the lady st the window did apologize for this and was super sweet. Shout out to her.The food order was done correctly this time, no complaints or mistakes there. The food taste was good and satisfying, with oneexception that we could.overlook but wanted to mention. The toasted bread that comes on a sourdough burger should be toasted, mywife's was hardly toasted at all. Although she ate it, it was not the same satisfaction that comes with that crisp toasted bunfeeling you get with a real good toasted sourdough jack experience. Other than that the order was right and we were happy withit. I'll be giving Jack in the box another try in the future so long as they continue to keep improving on the important thingsas getting the orders right and the food taste decent. Read more

I know right!? Why bother go here when it has wavering stars? Despite the staff changing frequently (it seems) every time we go... through the drive-thru, either my order isn't correct once in a while, or they take too long, and when they're out of butterybuns so they'd replace the bun without informing... - Their spicy chix sammie is pretty good - The food is always hot - Thereare box deals - I like their snacks, especially limited editions Lastly to support my argument :P I grew up with Grampa Jack inthe Box. Wow! Where do I begin?! One hour late. Scheduled for 08:00, arrived at 08:54 ... at the house next door. Driver stated it was... the address she was given. I verified on my order. She was incorrect. Missing one of three coffees, missing one orange juiceand MISSING MILK I specifically ordered for my toddler! I am sorry there are no positive things to say about my order thismorning. No sugar, cream or anything for the coffee. I?m absolutely embarrassed that I told someone Jack in the Box is an okayplace when they asked for recommendations. As today?s schedule is already delayed, I do not have time to write this review as Iwould like, but above are the basics. To waste any time updating this would be counterproductive. It was horrible i left before checking my order..They mixed it up but too top it off i was racial profiled because of my ethnic... race. Than i was told to let them go check the camera once doing so they admitted their fault an refund my money and fixed theright sandwich overall. All 5 star reviews are completely fake. This location would be better used as anything else but a jack in the box. Wow never... open no matter what time of day. I will not ever go to another jack in the box because of this location. (Edit) has nothing todo with firing on all cylinders.
