9/12/22 7:40 pm. Management should be ashamed of theirselves and their employees. I walked in and 9 other people were waiting.... They had no hot and readys. The employees were literally walking out from the back to look at all the people waiting in line andwalking back and laughing. One of the female employees was yelling and cussing acting mad that customers were still walking into order food. That same employee was literally throwing pizzas onto the sliding oven. Only one of the 4 employees I sawactually tried to assist the customers. He said he didn?t know how to work the register. I walked out without even orderingafter waiting 10 minutes and another customer asked to be refunded after waiting 30 mins on her food. This place is a joke and Iwill NEVER walk foot into this place again until I know management has addressed and solved the issues. Never in my life have Iseen a business so poorly ran. Read more
This is not what you'd expect for fast and convenient. I've been here 4 times and everytime I've ended up waiting for the most... simple "pepperoni pizza and some wings". Today we ordered again the most simple meal . Waited 45 minutes. The manager was onhis phone while the "new" girl is by herself with a line. Guys in the back acting a fool. They showed me pizzas in the warming oven. They said they would make me fresh ones. The two pizzas I ordered was classic and... thin and crispy sausage with black olives. They only thing was it had one forth the toppings. Very little toppings. It's whatmost people call a bate and switch. They thought I'm an old lady and they could get away with the sub par quality. They arewrong. Don't go there. Walmart frozen pizza is a lot better. Yuck. Very disappointing. Read more
People will always come online if they're upset and not happy. Personally, I paid $6 for a pizza and I got a $6 pizza. It was... definitely good for the price and being able to order on the app then be told when it's ready is great. No hassle, just go tothe machine and get it out. The guy at the counter was nice too! Thank you Christian for fixing everyone else problem tonight and for the other 3 workers ( 2 guys & 1 girl ) that wasn?t working... do better it?s part of the job you sign up for. Management has to do better at this location. A random African American guy wasjust walking to the back of the kitchen like nothing very unsafe knowing there?s food in the back he went pass the counterseveral times. After all these years this is the first time I have ever been inside a Little Cesar's pizza place. Have always ordered by phone... and delivered in a timely manner. This place was busy but my ???? was ready for me in 10 minutes. Staff very friendly and placewas clean. The only fault was a very small waiting area along with being very warm inside. The food from here if you're not careful they will burn your pizza, jip you on the cheese or mess up the flavoring of the wings.... You have to be very specific on what you want because they will screw it up. Atmosphere is just a walk in and walk out place soyou have one chance to look at your food before you walk out so please make sure you check your order before you leave thisestablishment because they do not believe in replacing orders that left their store without being quality checked by thecustomer.
