I knew better than to go to this McDonald's, but I thought I'd give them another chance. What was I thinking?!?!? Took over 20... minutes to get my lukewarm (at best) food. At least they put cheese on my burger, as they've forgotten it in the past. Thereappeared to be enough staff (7 or 8 running around) but service was slower than molasses on an Alaskan winter night at -30°.The restaurant was clean and there were only about 5 or 6 people ahead of me, so I figured they would run quickly. WRONG! Awoman even came inside as she had been waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for her food as well. They didn't havecarbonation, so no sodas at all. SERIOUSLY?!?!? The bun was hard and tasted stale, ruining the burger altogether. Fries had ahint of warmth, but only a hint. Will save my money and time and hit up Whataburger or Sonic next time. You gotta do betterguys. Much, MUCH better. Read more

Horrible customer service through drive thru today at 11am. Some african american person (cause they didn’t show their face),... gave us the food and closed the window immediately. Order taker was rushing us to order. Just drive 3 more miles and avoid thisplace unless you wanna be treated poorly. Read more

Worse experience first off slow service. Second of all I ordered 3 McRib sandwiches. All 3 meat was all dry no BBQ sauce with... only pickles they didn’t add onions or anything. Definitely won’t be going back. Employees need to do a better job or needmore training. Read more

I stopped there late one evening for a quick bite to eat. The drive through had a long line and the folks working the pick up... window were really busy. A super nice gentleman working the grill took the time to ask me what I wanted, then quickly preparedit and made sure one of the folks working the window rang me up so I wouldn't have to wait. I didn't catch his name but I'dlike to take this opportunity to say thank you for the great service and absolutely going over and above the call of duty. Itreally made my day and I wish the world had more kind and sincere people like that. McDonald's should be honored to have aperson like him on their team. I happen to think he would make an outstanding Manager! Read more

Ordered at the kiosk because no one was at the counter taking orders. I took the number wedge to the table and waited for my... QPWith cheese combo. 10 minutes later a worker called my table number and I went to the counter to grab my lunch. I had to askfor my drink cup. Good was hot and fresh even though the front counter help seemed unorganized and not very motivated. Averageexperience nothing great. Read more

Drive through was very slow today. 20 minutes and I was the 3rd vehicle in my line then still waited for 15 more minutes at a... curbside stall. Had to scream my order because she couldn’t hear me. Ice cream machine down, of course. Wasn’t told mytotal, order not read back to me. Attitude throughout order taking process as if I’m a bother. Not sure what was going onhere today. Read more

Absolutely noone inside dining. Counted 11 employees that I could see. Most were absolutely doing nothing, including the... manager/assistant manager. 15 minutes for a regular cheeseburger to go. Once down the road and after all that, it was cold. Thisstore should be shut down for poor service like this. Zero work ethic at this location, starting from the top and all the waydown???? Always stop at this location on my way home or passing on the way somewhere. Stopped by this morning and it took a minute to... order (lady had to change out battery to her headset...I understand that). Finally ordered and they had to restart the mochamachine (I understand that) so had to pull up and wait. Waited for a bit and finally got my Hot Mocha! Manager bought it out tome and even took care of my Christmas Pie for me! ???? Thank you guys for service and communication well done! Read more
