Have gone to this location twice now and both times ordered 3 topping pizzas and have not been given 3 toppings of meat. The... first time I let it slide because I was already home before I checked my pizza, but the 2nd time I checked while in the storeand the employee even agreed that it was not 3 toppings. He stated it could be remade if I wanted to wait, but ironically theyhad just ran out of hand tossed crust. What a joke this location is. Also when I was quoted my price over the phone for 3-$10.99pizzas I was told the total would be over $40. Now I'm no mathematician, but I did graduate college and do know how to calculatesimple math and simple tax and knew that it should not be that high. Of course once I asked the girl at the front she rolled hereyes as if I was putting her out and then had to get the manager to figure out that the problem was that the computer wasn'tfiguring in the discount. Again...give me a break! This location is a complete joke and I'll be buying my pizza from anywhereelse but here to avoid this less than desirable service! Read more
Pizza was decent as far as taste but none of the pieces were cut all the way thru. Some of the cuts didn?t cut into the crust. ... I ended up having to tear the pizza to eat it and the toppings slid off. It was very messy. Read more
Unfortunately, Pizza Hut has let me down. Atleast only this particular location. I not too long ago ordered pizza and wings for... delivery. I waited past the recommended time said on the app. Then got a bit worried because I never got a ring at the door. Icalled pizza hut they said it should have been delivered a while ago. That's when I knew I should go to the store to resolve theissue. Boom! A cold pizza laying on the ground with no wings in sight. I got no ring at the door bell and I never opted forcurbside delivery. I headed down to the pizza hut to complain of course and get my wings and the manager working that night saidshe will give me store credit, write my name down, apologized and all. I felt it was fair so I complied and left. I come back toredeem this store credit and the manager Johnathan tells me he can't help me because the lady has quit sence then. That all ican do now is call corporate. Take this as a warning! They don't hold to their word, and he didn't give me much of any optionsat all. Just a smile and a goodbye. Yesterday, I arrived to pick up my order and waited in the drive-up line for 10 minutes because the employees didn't tell the... truck that was blocking the window to drive around since their order wasn't ready. Then, after those 10 minutes the truck leavesand I pull up to the window and when they look up my order they realized they messed up my order and had me park and wait foranother 15 minutes while they remade my order. So the 10 minutes in line that I couldn't get out because there were cars behindme, followed by another 15 minutes for the remake. So almost 30 minutes of time wasted just to get my pizza. Definitely uncalledfor and unecessary. The window employees have a lack attention to realize that there's a line of cars waiting and should havemade the truck pull around while their order was finished vice letting them sit there blocking the window for 10 minutes and aline of cars behind him. Also, the employee making the orders should pay more attention to the orders coming in especiallybecause it was a simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It's costing y'all money to remake a pizza that most likely got thrownout and it's a waste of the customers time. Almost 30 mins wasted and all I got was a quick "I'm sorry" and then he went backinside. At a minimum they could've given me the messed up pizza or a coupon for next time, something for the inconvenience. Ordered food said it was out for delivery. An hr and half later my food was still not delivered. Called to speak to a manager... and I was on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on 4 times. When I finally got ahold of a manager I was promised a refund or creditand I never received either! Read more
Pizza place on the side. Not very popular but deserves a chance. As far as the quality it is as expected from a fast food chain,... you cannot get food poisoning because nothing can live inside this food it is toxic in nature. :) But the smell was ok and theprice also right. Service was faster than quoted, delivery gentleman was very friendly and nice. Ordered online so very little options to request... specifics of how I wanted the food prepared. So therefore, the cheese sticks were so overcooked that the cheese was not evennoticeable. Normally I have to order double double cheese just to be able to see the cheese, and the cinnamons were so dry andthe icing was very lite that it had very little flavor. Read more
